The filtration system works great. At least according to the prepackaged meter. The filtered water does taste really bland though. But otherwise great product, we will see how long the filter lasts.
The water filters very fast, I wonder if it is doing its thing properly. The TDS tester does not fit well in the cavity above the tap... water taste is good but time will tell how good the system is.
Overall good quality filters, although quite expensive. I received one batch with active carbon dust on it, made my life harder. Otherwise solid

Ive been using zerowater 8 years and…
Ive been using zerowater 8 years and its the cleanest water filter system ive ever tried. Its cleaner than every water bottle company ive also tried. All the leading brands dont compare to zerowater. Its takes a few months of using this product to then compare it to water bottle companies to notice just how much better zerowater is.

I’ve been using the ZeroWater 12.3L dispenser for a while now, and it’s been a fantastic addition to my home. The water tastes clean and crisp. I really like the built-in TDS meter, which gives me confidence that the filter is doing its job.
The large capacity is perfect for a busy household, meaning fewer refills and more convenience. It’s also easy to set up and fits nicely in our kitchen. Overall, a reliable, quality water filter system that delivers an excellent experience for us.

It’s a no-no for me
Hi. Did not take my Water to 0 as it says on the tester. Looked up on recommendations sounded quite good, SO I cannot recommend this. Sorry, just telling the truth but it’s a no-no for me.

Zero water Europe awful quality stock
I've ordered from zero water many times previously and always rated their UK products, however this time it appears they've shipped me products from the Europe stock which is far worse quality, arriving with mould and a cheaper version of the filters that you cannot unstick the peeling lid from entirely, leaving residue and meaning you cannot seal the filter in the container part. What a waste of money. I've emailed asking for a refund and heard nothing as of yet.
