Hours of Work and Money Lost
I was a seller on ZeusX and in the beginning everything went really well. For about two weeks I had no issues and managed to earn around $150. I felt motivated and believed I had finally found a platform where my time and effort were valued fairly.
Then a customer contacted me for a boosting service. We discussed everything normally — price, process, and details — and reached an agreement. Since this was a boosting service, we exchanged Discord contact information as allowed by the rules to carry out the boost. Shortly after the customer sent me their Discord username, my account suddenly got suspended, which I unfortunately only noticed later.
By the time I realized what had happened, it was already too late. I had spent roughly six hours providing boosting services without receiving any payment. Even worse, I also lost about $150 that I had previously worked hard to earn. The feeling of investing so much time and effort only to end up with nothing was extremely frustrating and discouraging.
I immediately contacted support and submitted all evidence I had available, including Discord conversations, screenshots, and explanations. However, I was told this was not sufficient. At the same time, after the suspension I no longer had access to the ZeusX chat with the customer, which meant I could not fully prove my case. That made the situation feel very helpless and unfair.
This experience left me deeply disappointed. I started with trust and positive expectations, but the way my case was handled and the lack of meaningful support severely damaged that trust. Losing hours of work, money, and being left without a real resolution is something I honestly did not expect from this platform.

bought $300 val acc, pulled days later, no protection at all
i bought a valorant account from this seller samael-34805 and when i purchased it, the seller guranteed it was instant delivery but when i purchased it, the automatic information/details were fake to bait customers to buying it because its "INSTANT DELIVERY" but in reality, its just fake information and the seller makes u wait until they respond to actually give u the correct details to the account u purchased. but either way, he gave me the account after 10 hours of contacting. WHICH BY THE WAY, HE DIDNT RESPOND TO ME FOR 3 DAYS PRIOR UNTIL I PURCHASED AND I WAS ASKING FOR MORE INFO ABOUT THE ACCOUNT. either way, i got the account from him. and then 2 days later, the ticket/invoice was automatically completed but i didnt do anything because i wanted to make sure he didnt pull it right away. next thing yk, i automatically give the seller 5 stars cus its automatic since i didnt do anything, then a few days later, everything seems fine, then i get a email saying the email is being recovered and someone removed authetication to the email. now the email is locked from me and now hes tryign to pull my account back right now as we speak. i paid $300 dollars for it and he also admitted in our chat that hes the original owner so no one can take this account back except him. so its confirmed its him taking it back. zeusx probably wont help get a refund since the funds are already released because the seller abused waiting the 2 days for auto confirmation. then the seller took it back after the auto confirmation so now im just lost of $300 and zeusx wont do anything. if u want to buy with warranty u should probably buy somewhere else or just dont buy accounts in general. idk if zeusx can help me but if u guys can, reply below. if not no worries
