I contacted customer support multiple times but only received generic replies that did not address the actual issue. Scummy company with many fraudulent listing

I purchased 10,000 followers from this website. Within a few days, almost all of them disappeared. My account is now sitting at 3.1K followers, which is publicly verifiable by visiting my Roblox profile.

I contacted support and provided clear proof, including the visible follower count, but they refused to refund me. They kept asking for unreasonable proof (such as recording videos with timestamps) instead of acknowledging the obvious issue the service did not last and was not delivered as advertised (which once again is publicly verifiable by going to my Roblox account S0NiCEE [I encourage you to go see for yourself]).

Because they refused to resolve the situation, I had no choice but to file a chargeback with my bank to recover my money.

Based on my experience, the followers appear to be temporary or artificially inflated, and the support team is not helpful when problems arise. I would strongly recommend being cautious before purchasing from this site.

They said my evidence wasn't enough (which once again is false since my claims are publicly verifiable). They will say "he refuses to talk to the seller" for assistance. The only assistance the seller is able to provide me is a full refund. I'm not interested in being offered another shitty product. This is the equivalent of you telling me "go ask the seller for another round of shitty product", which I'm not interested in. I want a full refund, which you are refusing to give me. I'm sure the bank chargeback will be a LOT more helpful than the staff team.

An uncompetitive and restrictive market place

As a long-term buyer and seller on this platform, I’ve bought and sold roughly $1,000 worth of items with a flawless track record. Recently, the decision to impose a maximum item value limit on sellers has made it no longer worthwhile to sell here.

This change actively removes market competition and disproportionately punishes private, reliable sellers in favor of large, high-volume businesses. Buyers now pay a premium while independent sellers are pushed out unless they “level up,” regardless of performance history.

I contacted ZeusX support and was told, essentially, that there are no exceptions: level up or don’t sell. That response ignores seller trust, history, and basic market logic. In the process, the platform loses hundreds of dollars in commission from proven sellers like myself.

What was once one of the best account-selling marketplaces has become one of the worst by discouraging competition and prioritizing rigid metrics over seller reliability. Fortunately, there are alternative platforms that actually value and support their sellers.
