I purchased a Genshin Impact reroll account on ZeusX.
At the time of purchase, I was told that the password could be changed after playing regularly, but I was not informed that until then, the account could still be accessed by someone with prior login information.
Sixteen days after purchase, while I still could not change the password, the account was accessed from devices that are not mine (iPhone 13, iPhone 15.5, MS-7E07). During this time, saved in-game resources were consumed, the birthday was set, and account information such as the in-game ID and party setup was changed.
I am a Korean user and only log in from my own devices. These changes were not made by me.
I contacted both the seller and ZeusX support and provided evidence. However, I was informed that refunds and any form of compensation are not available.
I am sharing this experience so other buyers are aware of the risks when purchasing accounts that cannot be secured immediately.

I created my account just two months ago using a different email, yet my application was rejected because my store didn’t have six months of continuous reviews. I was told to come back on December 4th, and when I contacted them again on November 30th, they said my request was outdated and asked me to submit a new application with a new email.
I followed all the instructions given by support, including submitting a new application. Then they asked me to provide a login recording video of my store—a request I have never encountered on any other platform. Despite providing this private information as proof that the store belongs to me, my application was rejected again without any explanation.
Why do they ask for personal information if they don’t intend to approve applications? If they don’t want to approve me, they should simply reject the application instead of requesting sensitive details. This process feels untrustworthy, and no one should share their private information with this platform.
The support I received was unprofessional, inconsistent, and frankly childish. I am extremely disappointed and will never use this platform again.

I've already bought two accounts from ZeusX. The first one was cheap because I just wanted to try the website and see if the sellers were legit. The first seller was good — he gave me complete access, including the email and password.
Because of that good experience, I bought a more expensive account. But today, on my second day after purchasing it, I got a notification that the email was being recovered while I was playing MLBB on my phone. I contacted the seller, and suddenly I got blocked on ZeusX. Now I can't contact the seller or even ZeusX themselves, which made me really furious.
I also provided the order number in case ZeusX sees my review. I'll update this if they respond.
Update: Issue been resolved! All worth it!
