Lost my account because no 31 days warranty. I ordered an account 4 days ago but today I got logged out and the email has been changed, they didn't give me a refund as their warranty is only for 48 hours. But in the game you must be logged into that account for at least 30 days before you can change the login email and password or else you'll get security locked. The support had refused to refund me and the seller aswell. Waste of my money, do not recommend buying from this site especially mlbb accounts.

Scammed $815 Buying Roblox Accounts—Website Doesn’t Care
I bought two Roblox accounts for $815 on ZEUSX.COM, got the login info, everything seemed fine… until the seller took them back and sold them to other people. I even tracked down one buyer—he got my account after his was taken, and he won’t give it back because he’d lose $473. The other account got banned somehow with the next buyer so I couldn't track the buyer down. The website refused to help or refund me, basically saying “oh well.” Later, the seller got blocked, proving I wasn’t the only victim. My bank won't even refund me either. Shouldn't they refund the people who were scammed. They obviously know I wasn't lying now forsure. Either way Never buy Roblox accounts online—even “legit” sites can leave you $815 poorer.
***In response to the sites response*** I know this is months later I'm posting this but my son wanted to purchase another account and I was checking all the sites and then seen this reminder of being scammed. So I wanted to share with everyone my experience so they could not fall for the same trap. Once the time is up to get a refund, they snatch it back and the site takes no accountability for sellers actions, even when proving you've been scammed. Teamwork makes the dream work for them! For the record, I buy accounts all the time, this wasn't my first time. I always take all the necessary steps after getting the account info and change everything. Somehow this seller knew what to do, he did the same thing to the guy that they gave my account to. The seller even tried giving me login to some other account but it was just to buy time so he didn't have to refund me. I have come to terms with that I will never see that money again. I just again want to warn others!

We are a company that sells in-game…
We are a company that sells in-game currency, accounts, and digital keys. As the BreadWarriors team, we have completed over 1 million orders across platforms such as Eldorado, G2G, Gameflip, Playhub, and more than 12 other marketplaces, with 200,000+ reviews rated 5/5.
Despite our long history and proven performance, our accounting team suggested that we also apply to become a seller on ZeusX. We submitted the seller application with all required information completed accurately.
After 5 days of waiting, our application was rejected.
The reason given was a request for proof that our seller accounts on other platforms belong to us. We fully understood this and provided clear screenshots, showing logged-in accounts with visible user details, exactly as requested.
One day later, we were asked to provide video recordings instead. Although this felt unnecessary, we cooperated and recorded videos showing login and account access on all platforms, sharing them via YouTube and Google Drive.
Three days later, we received another response asking us to manually type login credentials while accessing the websites.
This requirement is not realistic for professional operations like ours, where account access is handled securely through servers, authorized login systems, and platform-supported authentication methods (such as Gmail or Xbox logins).
Overall, the seller verification process felt extremely slow, inconsistent, and unstructured, with new requirements introduced step by step instead of being clearly communicated from the beginning. This caused significant time loss, stress, and unnecessary workload over the course of 7 days.

We later created a buyer account, added $14, completed a purchase, and then the account was closed without explanation. No clear reason or response was provided.
It is also worth noting that buyer support and seller support appear to use the same contact channel, which raises concerns about internal organization and role separation.

All sellers we work with are already active on Eldorado.gg, where commission rates are significantly lower and operational processes are handled professionally.
Based on our experience, we do not recommend ZeusX to serious sellers or buyers seeking a reliable, professional marketplace.

I bought a MLBB account 3 months ago played 1 season and all of a sudden got logged out and someone changed the log in credential. email and password was retrieved and they took the account. I tried reaching MLBB support team and they can't help it because the email and everything was changed.
