Just started up a reseller hosting package with Zfast.

Support has been fast and very detailed.

Day one so far so good!

Faultless service as ever from Lee, cannot rate these guys highly enough.

Great Customer Service, I would recommend to anyone looking for reliable and affordable hosting.

I had a problem with my emails they were being blacklisted becauseI had the wrong SPF which at the time I didn't know had changed. But after first emailing the support team I received reply within 2hours and the issue was sorted shortly after.

Lee was the person who dealt with my problem, friendly and explained why I was having a problem.

Great host! I have reseller hosting (super cheap, just $1!) and so far, everythings running smoothly and amazingly. If you need a great, but cheap host, this is the way to go!

I've been with Zfast for only a week and I'm already blown away by their service.

The prices are cheap but the service is brilliant. My client's websites load quickly and the customer service is outstanding.

Both my recent support tickets have been answered and the issue resolved within 5 minutes.

I purchased services through zFast after searching for Shoutcast players. Finding them on Google with ease, then being able to select the service that I require. Choosing the type of shoutcast I required was easy too with slide bars allowing me to adjust as needed. Once selecting this my details came through and I logged in, I had to contact the support to find out where the IP was to enter but their support has been amazing. I have sent Lee quite a few emails today, and within 5 or so minutes he replied and helped me as much as he could. Unfortunate i purchased the wrong type i needed Icecast, I have cancelled the Shoutcast with ease, just a few clicks.

I would and will recommend Lee and zFast to other friends who are looking into streaming.

I've been with zfast for over 8 years now. I had tried all of the big companies, but they usually lacked in support or upped the price to a ridiculous amount the next year.

I started with a reseller account, and was able to easily upgrade to a vps later.

The guys on support are quick to help with any technical question, big or small!

Good service, prompt replies to severel queries i had with server access. Decent spec for the price. Definitely a company I'll keep my eye on in the future.

I came to zFast Technologies in need of a fast transition to a new Shoutcast server host for my Radio station. Experiencing major streaming issues with the previous provider, I was in need of a quick fix, as I was due to go on holiday abroad within 5 days and needed it fixing before my departure. I needn't have worried. Lee and his team were on it like a house on fire! They migrated my service all within 24 hours including copying my Auto DJ files from the old server to theirs. A big plus. A few teething issues were quickly resolved and support was second to none, keeping me advised of the progress every step of the way.

My station has now been running smoothly for at least 4 months and if I have any problems, their Support ticket service is very quick in answering them. Their servers are all UK based (a big plus for me) and I have not experienced any downtime with the service.

I would highly recommend zFast Technologies to anyone seeking an affordable SHOUTcast hosting solution and hope to be with them for many years to come.

Can not fault the guys at zFast - They truly are one of the best hosts I have ever dealt with.
There support is faultless, and any issues I have had have been resolved very quickly.
Pricing is excellent, not only do you get a high-quality product for the price, you get amazing after-sales support.

I will most certainly be looking to use zFast more in the future.

I am new customer of zFast. It has been a couple of minutes since I finished setting my WHM (packages, cPanel accounts), uploading my websites and changing DNS. Now I can see that my new hosting is super fast!
Also anwers for my support tickets were instant, like chat.
It seems to be best hosting I ever had.

Spoke to customers services today and raised a ticket which was seen and dealt within an hour.
Excellent service and really appreciated the effort to get me and the service back online.

Been with ZFast for about 5 years now, and have always found the technical back up service second to none.
