I previously wrote a review of zFast after a couple of bad experiences with support, they've since really doubled down on their care and provided some of the finest customer support that I could have asked for. They've been forthcoming about everything and aided me at every step, extremely grateful for this and will be remaining with zFast for hopefully another 10 years.
Unrivalled Expertise
Dealing with spam is never easy. When you have invested in specialist software and hardened your server to protect inboxes it is unsettling when a spammer breaks through. zFast were able to diagnose an issue that had some unusual characteristics. They spotted the underlying cause which had allowed a brief window for the spammer to evade the anti-spam defences. An experienced hosting provider can solve tricky issues that make a real difference. It’s so much better than the "talk to the hand" you would get elsewhere and why I am very grateful for the skills of the zFast Support Team.

As a customer of 10 years, I feel I am in a perfect position to give an outline of the service you can expect from zFast.
Until they were bought out by UnlimitedWebHostingUK they were the best hosting company I could ask for, the support team were more than happy to go out of their way and support you in any way imaginable to get your services working correctly - for that, I am immensely grateful (to name just two Dan and Lee were brilliant)
Now, since the buyout - support tickets have an average response time of about forever after their first response which is always "That's not possible" "We don't offer that" and everything else in-between. You can reply within in the same minute of them and all they've done with their generic response is shove you back down to the bottom of the pile.
I am now migrating away from zFast due to their pricing going through the roof and their quality of service is subpar to what it once was.
Migrating away from them after 10 years? They won't make that easy, I'm now having to pay double for a different server with them to get access to the root details of all my accounts to migrate them externally. Being that I agreed to spend more money to migrate away from them I somewhat expected them to be mildly more forthcoming with help, no - not the case at all. You're still very much on your own without an ounce of assistance or a ticket reply within 16 hours.
There is no phone support, the phone support will either tell you to submit a ticket or say they don't understand the issue and you should submit a ticket - so lose lose for the customer. This is if they actually answer the phone which is next to never, so get used to being on hold all the time.
Overall I would suggest you go elsewhere or maybe even try their parent company, maybe they care about that one and it's customers slightly more.
