Seriously great support with these guys. Fast and straight to the point whilst dealing with any issues I had (which were based upon my lack of experience in the world of 'managing servers' etc. But, as usual, zFast came to my help and straight away...
If you not with them yet... then what are you waiting for...jump on board with them as they have your back!! Shout out to Tommy B in support for taking me by the hand on problems I had and even jumping onto my server and sorting them out himself. 5 stars with ease.

I have used centova for the last 3yrs but the reseller I was subscribed to discontinued his service thus I had to find another one and zFast came along. The customer support they had given me especially Lee has been SECOND TO NONE! They have addressed all the problems that I have encountered after a couple weeks of being with zFast.Very accomodating & always on hand when I needed their help & support. Keep it up guys!
More power and i can highly reccommend to anyone looking for shoutcast hosting...x

Nick sorted out my issues very fast I would recommend zFast hosting.

Unfortunately my VPS install went a little wrong and I quickly grew cold feet about moving my websites to ZFAST... To be fair though - I am a bit fussy and I changed my mind.

Still 5 stars - Lee's customer service was great, and zFast did not quibble over issuing me a full (and prompt) refund.

I'm sure it was just a bad weekend judging by the other reviews, and I wish this UK based webhost all the best for the future!

5 stars so far to those guys. coming from another host where i had to wait hours if not day at weekends even known internet it's a 24/7 round the clock business. always on top of every problem, quick in replying to tickets and keen to help at a price that can't be beaten. thumbs up to zfast, and on the way for a very long partnership to host my clients websites on their reseller plan. thank you.

I joined last one month but I feel its really good their service and server. its cheap price so some time I scare that they can continue this price and current features.

I've used zFast only for about 2 days and my review is primarily centered around their support than their platform/services. I had opted for their business plan that costs under $5. I just wanted a backup service provider to balance the load on my existing service providers and wasn't expecting a lot for the price I was paying. Unfortunately my website wasn't fully accessible on the second day despite me adding my website on Cloudflare. Now, am not saying it was zFast's fault because I was able to access cPanel at the time which meant that their servers seemed to be responding just fine, but since it was just the second day, I decided that I should probably cancel my subscription and move on. But to my surprise their support team reached out to me and tried everything possible from their end to resolve the issue that I was facing. But since I had moved my website by then, they really didn't have a chance to fix the issue. And today they went ahead and refunded the amount as well. The way they spoke, the way they offered to resolve issues, and refunding the money without being asked to suggests that they put customer care at the forefront and for that am grateful to them. Will be considering them again.

EDIT: Updating my review to 5 stars. Their response to my rating won my heart :) I think every business should strive to retain customers as zFast tried to do. I will give them another shot soon.

This is the best reseller/web Hosting in my opinion great 24/7 support
and cheap packages.

zFast are brilliant. I struggle with some technical aspects of my website, but Lee has always helped me resolve any issues promptly and professionally. I couldn't ask for better service.

Outstanding! I have worked with many hosting company's and can honestly say the support I have received has never even come close to the friendly, helpful support I have received from zFast. They have gone above and beyond and have saved me a lot of time assisting me in moving my sites over to their hosting. I am looking forward to a long and happy working relationship.
