Did hours of research and finally decided to give the blindbox purchase a try due to advertising best price guaranteed through Zgrills.com and the most updated and latest model grills supposedly discounted up to $300 off the regular price. Come to find out that my purchase of the blindbox/mystery grill in January of 2024 was a 3 year old grill that this company offered to customers 3 years ago in their blindbox/mystery grill purchases. I also seen later models sold at Tractor Supply and Home Depot well under $100 cheaper then the grill "Z-Grill Online" shipped me. I reached out to customer support the day of receiving this outdated pellet grill and was informed that they will not accept a refund under any circumstances. They also won't honor a cheaper price from authorized dealers of their ZGrill. I'm highly dissatisfied with the outcome of this $442 purchase I'm stuck with and simply want to raise awareness for potential future buyers the customer service is terrible and this company will not back it's guarantees listed onl website at Zgrills.com EXTREME BUYER'S BEWARE!!!

I would steer clear of anything to do with Zgrills. They ran a promotion of pay, wait, and then get a rebate. Well the pay and wait part has happened, but Zgrills rebate portion has NOT. And they use every excuse in the book.

Customer Service is horrible, on line chat support is never online or available during their posted working hours. They never return a phone call, always need to talk to management. Can't figure out for over 4 months how to cut a check, so good luck getting any warranty service parts.

Mick and Justin from Z Grills certainly know how to raise the bar in terms of customer service. The after sales service you get when you buy one of these Z Grills is simply phenomenal.
I feel like there are so many companies that can learn from what these two are doing.

Our Z Grill has been our best investment of the year. We've been using it every other weekend. We got the 700E which has plenty of space to cook especially when we have people over.
