Several Zina teammates addressed my malfunctioning unit and couldn’t have been nicer in helping me problem-solve. Their attentiveness and professionalism started with a representative named Bryan responding to my query on a Sunday afternoon in August within 10 minutes! Everybody was an excellent communicator and continue to communicate with me, just this morning alerting me to my new unit now being our for delivery. I placed the order for the Pod PRO under one of my many gmail accounts thinking this was a one time transaction, so it was "good enough". When I realized it made sense to setup a recurring order for the cleaning tablets I setup another account with a Proton email alias. But since I wanted the inital order of the Pod PRO to be included in my order history I submitted a request to support to consolidate the two accounts under the proton email. The next day Erika from support had everything all set for me. Thanks for cleaning up my mess!

When I had problems with my order due to a technical issue, Juancho was very helpful and efficient. Response time was within minutes! I'm talking within 3 minutes!! He not only provided a replacement for me straight away, but he kept me updated with shipping information as well. If you need help with anything, Juancho is your man! :)

The dental pod makes my trays / aligners significantly cleaner than brushing them. The pod is a neat little design that is easy to use. Customer service was also fantastic!

I have been using the Dental Pod for about a month now. I am starting to see the stains come off my night guard. I should have taken a photo of it before I started using the pod. I had the pod accidently fall to the floor the other day. No damage was done and it work in the morning. It must be built well.

The cleaning pod works better than expected! Doesn’t take up a lot of space, doesn’t make a lot of noise, and gets the job done!

I'm happy with the DentalPod I got from them and it keeps my night guard clean. Additionally, I found their customer service to be good. I thought my DentalPod stopped working and they quickly responded by getting a new one ready to be sent (it was still under the one-year warranty), and then I found out that the problem was with my outlets and not the DentalPod, and they quickly responded to me letting them know that too by canceling the replacement order, saving me from feeling bad and having to send the replacement back. This whole process began early in the morning and ended at night, and yet they were still fast to respond in both cases. The only thing that could be improved was having to send them two videos to show the DentalPod "not working," one for the initial claim form submission on their website and one in response to the email I got from them afterward asking for another one, but other than that, their customer service seems to be fast and helpful. I recommend this company.
