Be warned! You are subscribing to auto renewals and they do not tell you and they refuse refunds. It’s not a good app as it’s doesn’t have many features other do! I use the better health app and it is much more comprehensive. Their customer service is rude and unfair!

It is very easy to just do it, to fallow the Training plan, simple, you dont do 50 différent workout, répétition is the key, perfection is the master to itch exercise. Love that you can modify your plan along the way, its simple, well explain I wake up at 4:30 am, at 5 Im at the gym or house, at 6 workout done shower taken lets go for this amazing day! 👊💪💪✌️

Terrible service, I subscribed, it wasn’t what I was looking for, cancelled my subscription or so I thought! Had $82 taken from my account and when asked for a refund because I haven’t used their services for the pay period I was declined. So disappointing

When I contacted you immediately after the charge, having not used your app for an entire year (verifiable in your system), I received a rigid "no" with zero flexibility.
You say your policy doesn't "guarantee" refunds — implying discretion exists — yet none was offered to me despite obvious merit.
Saying you "aim for empathy" while demonstrating none when it matters is simply PR speak. Other customers deserve to know this.
Following this hollow PR response, I am lowering my review from 2 stars to 1 star. You have officially confirmed that you prioritize profits over customer relationships. In today's competitive market with countless fitness apps to choose from, this approach is unacceptable.

I want to be fair in this review: Zing Coach's workout app itself is well-designed and I enjoyed using it when I was active on the platform over a year ago.
However, I must warn potential customers about their inflexible customer service and predatory auto-renewal practices.
What Happened:
After not using the app for an entire year (verifiable through their own login records), I was automatically charged $139 for an annual renewal I was unaware of. I discovered the charge the same morning it occurred and immediately contacted their support team to request a refund.
The Response:
Despite clearly explaining that:
I hadn't used their service in over a year
This was a genuine oversight on my part
They could easily verify my non-usage through their system
Their support team (Alina) refused to issue a refund, citing "company policy." There was no consideration for the customer relationship, no empathy for an honest mistake, and no willingness to make an exception despite clear evidence I wasn't using their service.
The Bottom Line:
In today's competitive fitness app market, customer care should matter. Zing Coach chose to prioritize $139 over customer goodwill and trust. Their support team appears trained to rigidly follow policies rather than actually support customers.
My Recommendation:
If you decide to try Zing Coach, immediately disable auto-renewal in your settings
Set calendar reminders before any renewal date
Don't expect flexibility or understanding from their customer service if issues arise
Consider other fitness apps with better customer service reputations
I cannot in good conscience recommend a company that takes advantage of customers' honest mistakes rather than building long-term relationships.

I love the upbeat coaching and detailed demonstrations. I wish I could add some of my own exercises like, wall sits with db arm curls. Also, I wish after chatting with my coach they could alter my workouts. If I hurt my back or have sore elbows. That way I get the best workout.

I have been using Zing for 2 months now and I don't regret about it. So far, the app has been great and very useful.The training routines are difficult, in a good way. The IA coach is motivating me every day to achieve the goals. There are some things to improve (not very important functions, but I miss them from other apps) like an alarm to remind you when the rest time is due. I'm sure that this app will be with me for the time to come.

There was no notification at the end of the 7 day trial and then they just auto charged me for the next month. Not happy. I tried the app and did not like it all, but due to time difference betwen Aus and US I was caught out by the slip over the end of the 7 day trial (which I paid for BTW). Liaised with them as soon as I realised I had been charged but they would not refund.

I started this program with the purpose of getting fit and dropping weight back in June of 2025. I weighed 191 at the start and am currently at 182. It’s a great app. Your workouts are tailored to fit whatever fitness level you’re at. Obviously diet plays a huge role but the app keeps you motivated. I am still at it. I enjoy the workouts and feel like the results are worth it.

It’s a well dressed app that offers very little usability BUT is highly effective at extracting money.
The refund policy is the most comprehensive part of the app, there’s a reason for that, they want your cash
Do yourself a favor AVOID like the plague .

Awful app very glitchy, videos dont always play and workouts dont always load! It also doesnt increase your weights and expects you to calculate progressive overload. Tried to get a refund however even though Zing cancelled my membership for the year they wouldnt offer a refund! Stay away much better apps out there that are free!!!
