I am extremely frustrated with Zing.me! I was supposed to receive £400 in rewards, but so far, I have only received £130. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this, they rarely respond to my emails. Every time someone sends me money, without fail, it gets put on hold for days. Then, they email me asking for more details about the payee. Even after providing the requested information, the payment still doesn’t go through.
Their customer service is appalling. The live agents are rude, unhelpful, and don’t seem to care about solving issues. I have proof that my customers have completed the referral rewards, yet my money is still being held.
I have emailed them multiple times from musaddikur@ hotmail.com but have received no proper response. I am owed £280, and it is urgent that this issue is resolved. I will be deleting my Zing account if this is not sorted immediately, and I will advise my customers to leave and share their negative experiences as well.
I’m extremely disappointed with this service, and if this continues, I will have no choice but to take further action.

It took 2 days to be able to sign up as they were having some sort of glitch. When they finally allowed me to sign up, I followed all the steps to qualify for the £30 and got an email that same day saying the money was on the way - this was over 3 weeks ago. I have also successfully referred 5 people and they keep emailing me saying that was successful too and, again, my money is on the way but it has also been over 2 weeks since all of these have been done so not really impressed.

Ideally, they should be awarded no star! They allowed a transaction out of my account without my prior authorization and have done very little to mitigate their error. I am now having to complain to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS), to get the money returned.
