In January 2025 we embarked on a project of buying first buy to let property.
Even though we went through the process of buying our home before, we were still very stressed and nervous as this was BTL not a residential.
The mortgage and purchase process was very similar to what we did in the past, yet so different in many ways.
Therefore we decided to appoint a broker who would guide us through it.

We came across Zinga Financial Services simply by googling local brokers. They stood out in the search. All their reviews were very positive. Therefore we decided to contact them and see how things will go.

Now, I can happily say that I’m one happy customer.
Arifa who dealt with us from the start was always professional, knowledgeable, full of advise and very efficient.
She went above and beyond to get us the best product for both a remortgage of our residential property (releasing equity) as well as mortgage for BTL.
She simply made this process as easy and stress free as possible.

Therefore I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone in search for an experienced, knowledgeable and efficient broker!

I had a pleasant experience while working with Arifa for my mortgage requirement to buy a house. Arifa was very professional and she always prompt with her communication. I still remember she was travelling to Germany for her personal work but still she was committed to complete paper work for my mortgage application. My mortgage application was joint one with my spouse. Arifa worked carefully to ensure all evidences related to our earning documented well to fulfill AML compliance of the lender. This helped to secure mortgage without any issue from the lender. Arifa is very knowledgable in her field and asset for her company. She also supported securing building insurance for my house. I would love to work with her in future for any mortgage or remortgage requirements.

I contacted Aditi Sinha from Zinga Financial Services after being referred by a friend. My mortgage was up for renewal and was let down by my previous mortgage advisor with 3 weeks left my re mortgage date.
Aditi was prompt to understand the situation and requirements. Chalked up a plan, asked for relevant documents and managed to get us a good mortgage deal in less than 10 working days. Our mortgage was slightly tricky as we had to clear our help to buy as well, however she was very efficient in handling all of this. Throughout the entire process she kept communicating with updates.
