in the past 12 months, i've deposited about 750$ and withdrew $0.
They sent me an offer in the mail, for 25$ as vip points... when i tried to redeem them, i got a message saying redemption is suspended to ensure there is no promo abuse, but to unlock them i need to deposit and that i am still eligeable for match bonuses.
So, i made mutiple deposits, and one with a match bonus. The bonus was awarded as vip points but I am still locked out from using them. Not just the 25$ free promo - but my match bonus too! WHAT A SCAM!
Customer support is clearly just a bot, i get the same exact answers over and over.
Now down over 850$ over past year and they locked me out of bonuses both paid for and given free! incredible. Worst site.
Stay away from this site!!

Response to their response: I've gone through your "customer service" multiple times.. All i can say is that it is only bots. You get to ask one question and the you can't even write a follow up question. I have lost over $850 on your site, which is fine, but you send me promos in the mail, as well as email, I use those promos and then you call it PROMO ABUSE?!?!? That's insane. How can I be flagged for abuse, if I have never won money on your site, and I am being sent the promos!! (some of which I DEPOSITED to earn!)

I've never withdrew a dollar from your site.
I've lost 860$ in the past 12 months.
You send me promos, which i use.
You then flag my account for promo abuse.

Customer service is basically non-existent. Just bots that you can ask one question to and then you get automated responses and a pre detiirmed selection of responses.

I now have over 60$ worth of VIP points, 35$ were suppose to be match deposit bonuses... 25 for 'celebrating' 25 years of your site. The 35$ being locked that was suppose to be match bonus... is the worst thing I've ever experienced on a online casino site. It's laughable.

I have been givven absolutely no info on how or when it will be unlocked, just that 'don't worry, keep depositing and you can still get more points'.

It's insulting.

Again, for as long as i can i will leave a bad review unless something changes very quickly!
I won around 19 grand in January that i withdrawn and got it paid out. Guess what, since then i deposited close to 30 grand and not 1 big win ever since! From 30 grand i got nothing in return. They are trying to convince you that your luck can turn around but helloooo, it's been 6 months without any withdrawal and 30 thousand donated to the casino! And also yea i won 19 thousand in January but guess what i deposited that much over the years so really no win there.........
Beware people, once you win big you won't win again at Zodiac. Don't let them fool you with false people's stories of winning huge amounts. Yea anyone can write a story like that! Stay away from this casino!
