Uninstall, I've been playing at this casino for 6 months, this is what always happens every day.... you deposit any amount, it will give you a bonus, two, you will earn a small amount, then immediately there will be empty spins until you lose the winnings plus part of the capital, you will lower the bet, bonus again, you recover, then from the beginning down to the precipice, lower again until the credit is 0, not to mention the slots with a bar to fill for the bonus, often the bar is full, but it will continue not to give bonuses, blocks, errors, useless assistance that will incite you to deposit again, if you ask any other more specific questions they will tell you to contact customer service, who will never answer you, BEWARE OF THIS CASINO, THEY WILL EAT YOU ALIVE, ONLY THE FIRST MONTH WILL THEY GIVE YOU THE WAY TO WIN SMALL SUMS, AFTERWARDS IT WILL BE A PAYFOR-PLAY

It has a decent selection of games, however most other sites with iGaming have more games we find here in Ontario like MoMummy, Huff and Puff, etc. Typically the iGaming logo I have noticed means the website will offer these games. Not here.

Their website indicates that after a withdrawal you can reverse funds for 48 hours. My withdrawal request was on Sunday at 6am ET. It is now Wednesday 12:45 am ET and I was advised by chat that i need to wait till before lunch time, Australia time, up to another 10 hours before lunch time, which means I'm waiting approximately 80 hours...instead their site says 48 hours plus a few hours to get released.

Chat told me I had to fill out a mandatory occupation form which I did when prompted randomly yesterday when I signed in. However, this makes no sense. They asked me this already when registering as it's mandatory KYC (I work for a major bank I know)... and if they supposedly didn't have this information already, why are they waiting 2 days after the request to ask me again?

With all the AI they use for chat (before a human) which actually was very helpful, you mean to say they can't email saying "thank you for your withdrawal request but we noticed this form hasn't been filled out". It's obvious that the goal is to delay things as much as possible in hopes the client chooses to reverse their request.

Again the site stated it is held for 48 hours and reversal can occur during that time, right now I'm at about 77 hours and guess what, I can still reverse it. Not cool guys

If KYC wasn't already done then how could I deposit funds? As an employee for a major bank it is mandatory to do KYC when opening a new account, period.

I know, as i have said on my first review, i withdrawn two 500.00 on 2 different accounts a day ahead from the other, and guess what??? I only receive the first 500.00 withdrawal but the second one is missing, so i sent them copies of the withdrawals made and they said both were paid….. my bank don’t lie, there was only 1 received transaction from them…..somebody is skimming and they don’t investigate, because they are all doing it.
