The worst customer experience I have ever had! I have sent out many emails asking about purchasing a few items, I got one response to which I responded.
I received no further correspondence from them despite sending another load of emails.
They are a small company and will continue to be small if they treat customers who want to spend their money with them in this derisory manner.
I also know someone else who was trying to work with them on a collaboration and they had the same issue. No response.
I would suggest that you avoid this company unless you purchase from a store as their customer service is practically zero.

Since I bought two orders from Zooyshe I'm trying to cancel with any success and support. I've been asking since the first day that I bought it and until now I didn't receive my money back also any property answer by zooyshe support. I need to cancel my orders and I need the refund in my bank account. I realised that could be a spam company after make shopping and now I’m sure about it! They don’t cancel my orders they don’t give us any property answers, they’re a joke!

I order 3 dresses and I just received 2 they told me that they will send me another think but I haven’t received nothing so sad because I write them but no answer so sad

Ordered a planetarium and never received. When I tried to contact them all the contact info was bad. Big scammers!

HORRIBLE, sent the wrong size AND then made excuses that the sizes are Asian sizes and run small. Website stated true to size. The quality was HORRIBLE. And when I tried to return it they said that was difficult and expensive can we give you a partial refund and you keep the coat. This company is just another online scam.

Thay also run qieee.shop just a nother scam can't get through to thear e-mail paid with pay/pal ?

Ordered 2 chairs and got scammed. Recieved two camping stools that my 3 year old granddaughter can’t sit on.

Never order from this place . they take your money and run .

same as everyone... never got the planetarium, only two discs... never got an email, tracking number of the product, NOTHING!!!!

I ordered 2 of these planetariums for my kids for Xmas 2019 and they still haven't arrived. Only the discs have been sent. I've sent numerous emails but no response. Absolutely awful company, ripping people off like this!!

Orderrd planetarium and duscs, just got discs. Refused to answer my e mails. This company is a con. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.....THEY ARE CON ARTISTS!

I ordered the home planetarium, 39 $ but they send me only two disc... there is no projector light just a disc... and I waited 45 days to receive it..

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are a sham. You will not receive what you ordered.Returning any items received will cost more than the item itself. Ordered the Home Planetarium and 2 disks. Cost was $36.98 USD. Received the disks but not planetarium.Paid through PayPal. After PayPal contacted them they offered to return my money, but had to send them the 2 disks and a tracking number. That cost is $46 USD and the mailing is non-trackable. Not making the same mistake twice.

Same as the rest, recieved two discs tried emailing but it just bounces back. Avoid con!

Don’t buy with them.!!!! You will never receive that what you paid for.!!!!

If I had seen these first I never would have ordered! Why is Facebook promoting this company? I also got the 2 discs and no projector. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!! Facebook get rid of this company on your website!
