I found a link on Facebook for a Xmas special on SEGA Planitarium Classic with 2 discs. I paid with Paypal. 2 months later 2 discs arrived with no projector. unable to reach Zoeshe. This seller - total scam.

I found a link via Facebook for a Xmas special on SEGA Planitarium Classic with 2 discs. Mongrel took my money - 2 months later I get 2 discs and no projector. Trying to claim via paypal, but getting friction there too. We can't all be wrong about this seller - total scam.

Well I'm reading guessing I been scammed like the rest of you, I order in October and still waiting for it to arrive, I tried to email them, email is no good and of course cant find a contact number. This gift was for my Granddaughter for Christmas. Very nice gotta love these Thugs in life

ZoeShe misleads people. I paid for "Home Planetarium with 2# Discs" as advertised on their website, and all they shipped were the two disks.
When followed their instructions to email "customer service" the emails bounced back due to rejection by them.
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.

I have read all the reviews, the scam me the same way. 2 months later I received the two discs..no proyector! TOTAL SCAM.!. SOMEONE NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS SCAM ARTIST.
No way to get your money back???.. didn't use PayPal. Direct pay with my credit card.
How to GET MY MONEY BACK???

Scam! you won't get the items you paid for. Sent with missing pieces.

and don't think Paypal will help, you only get a refund if you post back the item with tracking to china at your own expense.

Same as everyone else. Discs but no projector. Emails come back as can't send. Scamming gits. Wish I had read reviews first

Ordered home planetarium with 2 discs with vip shipping! Cost me 54.00 supposed to receive 5-7 days. Over a month later i got the 2 discs only in the mail. I went through PayPal who also was no help. They said to get your refund u need to send it back with proof of tracking. I go to the po it would of cost me 65.00! Very clever zoeshe they know exactly what their doing. Of course i cancelled the case with them. And closed my PayPal acct. theives!!

Like others, I ordered 2 planetarium sets with both disks. In November via FaceBook!). One was for my Grandson for Christmas.

Theses CRIMINAL FRAUDSTERS zoeshit,
delivered disks in an envelope with NO RETURN ADDRESS, instructions or any literature.

These PIGS should be Jailed !!!

I bought (what I thought) was a planetarium as a Christmas gift, received just the other day 2 discs - no planetarium, their email for refunds does not work, and there is no other avenue to seek refund or question where the projector is......the worst type of service and fraud I have ever experienced.....please please please avoid - do not do business with these gangsters

Same as a lot of other people, I paid for premium shipping for a christmas gift, kept sending messages no response finally received a package - 2 discs only no planetarium, no response from company no abilty to reach them. \buyers beware, disappointing and frustrating, I will never buy from Zoeshe again and I will tell everyone I can to stay away.

If I could give less than one star, I would. Same as everyone else - 2 months after ordering, the disks arrived but no planetarium. No replies from the company through the sales email address. Messages sent to the other email address bounces back. I'm going to contact PayPal but also link to this page so they can see that they need to shut Zoeshe down!

Absolutely worst site ever got 2time disks no machine was ordered for Christmas revive it only today even though I had cancelled the order I would never use these again

I too only got 2 slides but never the actual device. Made a complaint to paypal to try and recover my money but they denied it as they said that the company gave them a tracking order for delivery, so to them it seems like I received it all.

Same as everyone, got 2 discs and no planetarium. FYI though for some of the other people on here, paypal changed my not received claim to a materially not as described. So far they have ruled in my favour though today i sent the discs back with a tracking number. According to paypal once its delivered I will get a full refund including the shipping costs (cost me £8.65 to send to hong kong tracked) good luck everyone. what a joke.

I have also put this complaint through PayPal after receiving nothing and yet after waiting 2 months PayPal they have awarded in their favour just because this company has supplied a delivery reference number !!!

I now have lost $39.99

I shudder to think how many thousands they are making
