What a RIP off totally ashamed of myself for falling for this scam, first time ever this has happened. How are they still able to be up and running. Must be a way to get this site taken down

I am the same I ordered 2 with extra discs and 2 discs have come nothing else... Alot of money and no Christmas presents for my nephews.... Does anyone know if the discs sent work on the real plantarian machines or not?????

Good new for all of you. My order is finally on its way. Yeah after 26 days, they finally shipping my order. I guess y’all just need to wait. I rate this 5 stars so y’all can see my comment. But it should be 3 stars for being delayed for so long lol

Just received a disc and no planetarium:( been scammed

Ordered a planetarium with discs weeks ago and only received the discs no planetarium. Tried to email but keep bouncing back, wish I checked out the reviews before I ordered. Now I will have to see how to go through PayPal to try and get my money back. Please avoid!!

SAME AS EVERYBODY ELS A CON AND THE SO CALLED PHONE NUMBER IF YOU PUT THE NUMBER IN SEARCH IT WILL COME UP WITH AL;L THE OTHER CHINEE CON COMPANYS THAT ALL HAVE THE SAME NUMBER IM GOING TO FIND OUT IF THE IS A GOVERNING BODY IN CHINA I CAN GET THERE SCAMS SHUT DOWN AND THEM JAILED.

Just don't. Ordered a planetarium with expedited shipping. Not only was the product several weeks late, the only thing I received was the disk...nothing to view it on and the listed email address is an invalid email. I am going to have to get the bank involved.

Made today beside others a ZoeShe test order (ZOE13611333 for a home planetary incl 2 d.) for the production of a radio feature about product quality and service of Chinese Internet shopping sites like Ali Express, Wish etc.. I’ll keep you informed about the outcome.

Not only do they not actually sell what is advertised, but they have literally no means of contacting them. Their number rings off indefinitely and their emails bounce back as an unknown address.

Do not order anything from them! I’ve had to open a paypal dispute in the hopes of getting anything back and yet they are still trying to claim they’ve sent me my order, paid for express shipping and didn’t receive it within the time frame either!

I never received my order and my money was taken. I would like my money back

I wish I had read the reviews first before ordering the planetarium with two discs, it looks so good on Facebook I’ve waited 11 weeks for my order to come finally I got a text saying my order will be delivered in the next few days,when it finally came alI I received was one disk but no planetarium , i’ve tried emailing them to find out what’s happening to my order but it keeps bouncing back they’re not receiving my emails it looks like I’ve been conned as well absolutely raving mad this was going to be a great Christmas present for my nephew, all I have is a disk what can I do with that I feel cheated please don’t order anything from this company is the scan😫😣😖

So I paid now I see who they are! How does this come up on my Facebook and good reviews! I see I’m not alone spending money I work hard for and buy a gift that won’t ever come! Sad to say I got ripped off too!! Scam alert to anyone

Yes, I fell for this too, no delivery of the planetarium, my email to them came back as not delivered. Fraudulent!

Didn’t think I would be scammed as I’m quite clued up , but first time for everything, yes totally scam , luckily I paid with PayPal so I will be covered

unfortunately I think they cheated me ... after 7 days I have no more news of my order... I have no reply to my emails and their email account and Honk Kong phone number does not work ... thieves!
