Just a warning to everyone.
Quickly noticed that I have seen several of the dresses on temu!
Haven't bought from the site, but almost did. Glad i checked here first too.
But one of the ones i saw is 18 au on temu but 199 on their site

Scam company. Advertises fashionable, well made clothes but sends cheap knock offs from China. Won’t refund you.

If I could give it a ZERO I would. Misleads you into thinking you are ordering from Aus, but you're ordering from China. Took 4 weeks for my order to arrive, and when it did, the sizing was completely off. Paid for the return postage to CHINA. The package looks like it is still sitting in CHINA customs to be sent out for delivery after 3 weeks , so no doubt they have given a wrong address or something so that the package never reaches them. I have emailed them multiple times and I keep getting the same auto generated email response from them, so no one is monitoring email box. Their phone number they have listed just goes to a voicemail, that also doesn't get responded to.

I ordered the faux fur coat and I was extremely disappointed in what I received!! It looks nothing like the website and smells horrible! They’re located in china and cost almost $200 to return!! Do not buy from here!!

Dress is poor quality Tricks you into thinking you are ordering from Australia but comes from China

Do not purchase from this store. I paid for a return which had to be in China and have still never received my money back. The dress that arrived was not the dress that I ordered it was a cheap imitation. Waste of money!!

Same as all the other review. It took 2+ weeks to arrive as it comes from Asia instead of Australia but could have dealt with that. However, when we opened the long awaited package, we could not believe how bad the quality was. It was terrible, without shape, cheap material you could see thought (not ideal for a winter jacket). Items RRP were $250+. 100% sure Kmart will offer better quality for a 10th of the price

This is a scam website. They are NOT in Sydney. They never shipped my dress and they haven't responded to my emails. Report them to the ACCC.

I’m really disappointed with my purchase from Zoe Sydney. After wearing these pants once, the fabric split right at the fork area. The stitching completely came apart and there was a large tear, which clearly points to poor quality or faulty construction.

I contacted customer service with photos and explained this happened after a single wear. All they told me was that they “don’t offer refunds after use.” They did not address the issue of the faulty workmanship, even though the damage was obviously not caused by normal use.

For the price, I expected much better quality. The lack of accountability and refusal to stand behind their products means I would not purchase from Zoe Sydney again. I’m leaving this review to help others make an informed decision.

A sham! Poor quality. Not normal sizing,Nothing like the photo. A Chinese company who only takes returns in CHINA. DON’T DO it!

Paid around $80 for wedge shoes usually $199. Quality is so poor it is hard to describe! The wedge base is made from very light plastic, sizing is wrong, upper shoe cheap thin vinyl. Shipped from China. No store in Sydney. Buyer beware.

I wish I could rate this store 0. Misleads you into thinking you are ordering from Aus, but you're ordering from China. Took forever for my order to arrive, and when it did, the dress was the absolute worst quality you can inagine. Cheap, thin, flimsy material. I got an XS, but it was more like an XL. Absolutely should have read reviews beforehand do not order from them, they are a scam, it is basically shein.

Oh my goodness - my experience is as per everyone elses on here - y didnt i check here first. very clever making out they are australian owned in stylish Sydney. grrrrrrrrrr - the jacket i received is not the same as the photo at all and yes now i find out i have to ship to china which who knows what that costs....has anyone been to consumer affairs??? this website should be shut down!

Would give a 0 if I could. I agree with every review posted on here. HORRIBLE customer service. Such a scam of a business. I wouldn’t order a single thing from here. STAY AWAY

I wish I could give it 0 stars.
The products are shipped from overseas and are the same quality as what you find on some of the mass produced websites.
Their website says you can return items to a NSW address but when you reach out to request a return authorisation, like they state on their policy, they tell you it must be returned to CHINA or you can keep it and accept a discount.
Honestly, businesses like this are despicable.

The garment I received is made from a totally different fabric from that pictured. Very disappointing. The website states easy returns, but when I tried to return the item, I was told that the return address is in China and there are no returns to an address in Australia. Definitely not an easy return. There is no ZOE in Sydney. Even the name is false.

This fraudulent company, with the deceiving name of 'Zoe Sydney' have a virtual address in Sydney, but in reality are dropshipping from CHINA.
They state their refund policy, to deceive customers into believing a refund can be obtained for faulty or wrong sized clothes. But when my daughter's dress arrived 3 weeks later it stank of FISH and was such bad quality, it must be made in some underground sweat shop (near a fish market) in China.
Customer service then tells me to send it back to China for a refund. This would be $50, which I believe they still dont refund, based on other 1 star reviews here.
'Chloe' from Customer service then has auto response emails for every email i send, to follow up on the 30% refund that they then promised to issue if I kept the dress.
- End result = dress in the bin
- No refund
- Had to buy a new dress from a real company.
- That yuck feeling of being scammed

SCAM. I am so annoyed I didn't read the reviews!!! Ordered 7th November, still hasn't been picked up by the courier. Will not be here for the event (which would be OVER 4 WEEKS) Tracking website is a mess. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. STAY AWAY!

Misleading, not a Sydney company took 4 to 5 weeks to get here from China.
No correspondence, terrible quality small, looked like a large, all round crap, total scam. My fault should have read the reviews first.
Don't bother.
