love this so much, has been a lifesaver! the only thing i don’t like is that occasionally you’ll get one big shock (not sure if mines faulty or if this is normal) but id love to know.

I recently bought the Zoe Migraine cap x2 as I'm currently suffering with an acute migraine that's been going on for a number of weeks now. A girlfriend was aware of my suffering & saw an advert pop up on her Facebook page & immediately sent the link through to me. After reading what the cap does & how it functions ( which is almost what I've been doing, i have been wrapping my head in cold wet towels in a turban fashion but I have to put several layers of towels on my pillows to stop them getting wet including a wet proof pillow case!) So I thought I would order your Zoe Migraine Cap & hoped it will help solve all of this problem & help relieve my ongoing migraine. The whole process was quick & easy online, I was so excited when they delivered my two caps last Fri 7th May 2021. I put both into the freezer to start the cooling down process which was about 20-30 mins. Out came the 1st one & promptly onto my head with a slight adjustment to be snug then went & laid down for asleep. The cap is slightly hard on the ears from the gel pads, so I put a couple of eye masks folded & slip them up to give them cover from the very cold pads. The cap certainly eased my migraine & gave me relief & was a lot drier to use than my previous turban style of wet towels. Also as one cap gets too warm, I just swap it out with the other cold one from the freezer so I've always got one on my head & one cooling down again
The only drawback I have found is that I & maybe others will find this too, migraines can shift around & not be isolated in one location on the head. So, yesterday mine had shifted from the left side to the top of my head, where it stay all day & night. As there is no gel padding of any sort on the top of the cap, I had to improvise by finding a small lunchbox gel ice pack & place it on my head, then carefully place the cap overtop making sure it stayed where I needed it to be. Alas as soon as I laid down to try & sleep it kept sliding down. So I had to adjust the cap quite tightly for it to stay on top. Therefore, can I suggest a wee pocket be sewn in & a supplied gel pack or as a optional extra be offered for anyone like me who gets migraines that shift around. That is the only reason you did not get a 5 star rating on your otherwise very good cap for migraine relief.

I bought two products for my daughter they only came last week so at this stage haven’t used them yet. I am always keen to try new products especially if it means less or no use of medication. The quality and packaging of the products is excellent and speedy postage as well. Price was great.

Brilliant product!!!! Works extremely well for headaches as well as migraines. Super soft material. Great that it is adjustable. Very comfortable.

Still waiting purchased on the 4th April haven't received yet although I am getting responses from my enquiries and a 10% refund still not happy with the length of time taken

This product would work better on girls with flat stomachs.

Luckily have not had to use it yet but tried it on and it so much more comfortable than frozen peas or cold pack. Thank you so much, a great idea.🤗

My partner had headache the other night so I went to freezer and got headache cap out and put it on him. I asked him the next day did it help and he stated yes it did.

I purchased the migraine headband and absolutely love it! I often get headaches as I'm working at a computer all day and it's really helped to ease them. The cooling sensation is so soothing on your head and incredibly comfortable.

I ordered a Migraine Headband for my partner and she broke up with me when her package arrived!

Haha just kidding - she's absolutely loving it. And given her diabetes, this will be a frequently used item in our household.

My girlfriend suffers from period pain so bought this for her... she's said it's been an absolute lifesaver!
