The company employee was professional and trustworthy from the very beginning of the communication. Getting my web and email site set up was pretty straight forward and the customer services responses were also fast and on point.
Some guides may need updating though. At the time of writing the e-mail setup for outlook guide did not work. Tried several times. Maybe I have 2 left IT-feet.

I ordered a service to transfer a domain to another hosting package. I was promised that the work would be done in half an hour or an hour and that my site would be working normally in an hour. I received an email stating that the work had been completed successfully and that my site would be up and running in an hour or two.

However, in reality, during this time the site never started working, moreover, it has not worked for more than +8 hours

I have used Zone for years with barely any issues. Maintenance notifications and status page is highly useful, there's very little downtime, almost none of it unplanned. Support was quick and resolved my issue with third party not having access to a service on my site due to a hiccup with security blacklist.
