Good and fast service

Good and fast service, even though I am a customer of another service. I was quickly given good instructions on how to fix the problem.

Fast service, good experience

Getting my web and email site set up was pretty straight forward and the customer services responses were also fast and on point.
Some guides may need updating though. At the time of writing the e-mail setup for outlook guide did not work. Tried several times. Maybe I have 2 left IT-feet.

I ordered a service to transfer a…

I ordered a service to transfer a domain to another hosting package. I was promised that the work would be done in half an hour or an hour and that my site would be working normally in an hour. I received an email stating that the work had been completed successfully and that my site would be up and running in an hour or two.

However, in reality, during this time the site never started working, moreover, it has not worked for more than +8 hours

From our side, the renaming of your web server was completed correctly by our technician, and the site was accessible once the new DNS records propagated. Typically, this process is completed within the communicated timeframe of up to two hours. However, in some cases, DNS propagation can take longer for certain networks, or local browser caching might delay the visibility of the updated site. Unfortunately, these factors are outside of our direct control.

I have used Zone for years with barely…

I have used Zone for years with barely any issues. Maintenance notifications and status page is highly useful, there's very little downtime, almost none of it unplanned. Support was quick and resolved my issue with third party not having access to a service on my site due to a hiccup with security blacklist.
