Effective support
I failed to renew a domain on time and they graciously helped me get it back from redemption with a reasonable price.
Overall, they were quick to respond and work on the issue while providing accurate information and ultimately resolved everything in a matter of few hours.

I had a hosting related problem: a domain was registered in one place. DNS hosted in 2nd place (that used to be web host in past) and wanted it to be hosted at Zone. Result was good and I am happy with the service.

Great set of services, greatly delivered
It is nice dealing with the Zone.ee support – they are competent and know what to do to make things work the way I want it. And if their assistance in a given situation has a price, they clearly state it as soon as it is clear what should be done, so that I can choose if I want it.
In general, the services provided by the company are well constructed and well-functioning. They can deliver most of what you need from domain management, web hosting, email services, etc., and all of it is flexible and can be adjusted to your needs.
Most of all, they are there when I need them, clear on what they can do, and I have never seen them try to cheat or escape work or responsibility in any way – worth mentioning, when comparing to other companies in the sometimes "wild west"-like market of internet services.
