I had the recent pleasure of watching Zonia’s presentation of ‘Ageless’, a video docu-series that focuses on doctors and health experts sharing their scientific and factual knowledge of humanity’s path to getting older. Various doctors I have needed through the years, including my own General Practitioners, never seemed to have the time nor the willingness to explain much regarding my health issues. The information that these fifty specialists provided was so welcoming and helpful I realized all of the other extensive material Zonia has to offer (presented in a variety of platforms) would be just as professional, trustworthy, and well presented. I took advantage of their inexpensive offer and with so much material it will be an exciting and fun journey to take the time and go through all that has been prepared and presented. There is so much variety on health and wellness offered! Further, I have communicated with the Zonia staff and found warmth and approachable support. I am so very happy I joined and became a Zonia member!

The customer care is impressive. Stephan and his team are very helpful and respond quickly to any concern or enquiry. The summits are packed with information, too much for people like me who cannot spend a whole day in front of a screen. The solution would be to purchase a subscription. The rate for the lifetime offer is reasonable if one can afford it.

Initially, I gave a ONE Star as Zonia was offering a 7 day period to easily cancel a subscription. (At the bottom of this review, see my update and why I now give it a 4 Star) I paid for a Life Time membership November 15th. After being "hit-up" upon signing with offer after offer after offer to buy, this extra, get this extra on & on, I was already unimpressed. However, I started checking out the membership area. The information was already almost completely information I was already aware of from my ongoing research and other subscriptions. I was told I had access to an easy 1 Click Cancellation in my account area.. THERE IS NO OPTION to Cancel anywhere within my Membership account pages. I called twice during the day leaving messages with my contact info. NO RETURN Calls. I sent 2 emails to Customer Support regarding my frustration. NO RESPONSES.
OK, I am changing to a 4 Star. WHY? After no responses on Sunday (they say 24/7 support) I received an email response today. After a few email communications back and forth, their support team has refunded my payment. While the Zonia information isn't the depth I require for my existing knowledge of holistic healing, they do offer plenty for someone beginning their health and well-being journey. Just be aware that there is the nowadays upsell stuff you need to go through and say yes or no to.

There were so much greatness to say about Zonia. From the start, the presenter was humble and down-to-earth when I watched his presentation. He's also precise with the information he presented and clear in his vision for his company. I love his work of humanity through Zonia that gave so much value and benefit to human well-being, plus as he said look no further, all health information in one place. I get the right info at lightning speed, what more could I ask! Learning experience is also effective that new info is given out in short but compact chunks, I've never been able to absorb learning as fast as when I learn from Zonia, again was amazed at lightning speed learning. In addition, the knowledge gathered is, in my opinion, from real experts, I don't know how Zonia managed to gather these experts but their knowledge were amazing, top-class info! Lastly, I also don't know how Zonia gathered and set-up a 5-star customer service, yet another amazing experience with customer service. They replied fast and made sure my concern was really addressed in whatever way they know. First time I even got Loom video personally created by the customer service personnel who was attending to me, explaining the steps clearly to me, and before that she/he even took the time to try out all possibilities on their side to try to duplicate my issues and finally even fix the problem for me, even though she/he already explained it in the Loom video and took another step further to ask me to continue contact her/him if I still have any issues/questions to that problem, even after she/he fixed it and asked me to confirm it. When the sample Detox bottles got returned, shipping was kind enough to quickly resend them the second time, no question asked when I asked them to retry. When it was finally clear that the bottles could not be accepted by my country, customer service was kind, fair, and smart enough to suggest a very good resolution and provided compensation quite above my expectations when I requested it. If you think Zonia is only about health, I was surprised when there were also some good movie sharing, about life, about humanity, that touched me. Everything is just AMAZING when it is Zonia. They give me many beautiful experiences that I've never experienced before with other companies! A humane company where I feel so homely and enjoyable every time I'm in my Zonia portal. Zonia really cares about what they do and for their clients! 5-star and standing ovation for the whole crew of Zonia! For all the continuous care that Zonia has given to me, I care to extend my greatest appreciation and gratefulness back to Zonia by writing such a detailed and lengthy feedback to share with everyone who reads this comment. Unfortunately, I was a bit late to watch the replay of "Unbroken." I was delighted to see that for the two episodes I really wanted to watch, I still had four hours left, so I started right away. It was so interesting and eye-opening for my health. So, 5 stars for the content! Unfortunately, the second episode kept getting cut off time and time again. According to the timer, I still had at least 1.5 hours of access. Then the time was up. Unfortunately! Which was a real shame, since I found the content so interesting.
After my unfortunate experience, Zonia.com contacted me very quickly. They came up with a great solution. Thank you very much!

I was approached by Zonia.com with a promotional offer promising free access to all 10 episodes of the "Unbroken" docuseries. The offer seemed straightforward, and I was genuinely interested in the content. However, after receiving the link to the first episode, the next day I was redirected to episode 9—without access to episodes 2 through 8 unless I subscribed to a paid plan.
This felt like a bait-and-switch tactic, as the original offer clearly implied full access to the entire series without payment. There was no clear communication about time-limited access or the need to pay to view missed episodes. I found this misleading and frustrating, especially since I had invested time and interest in the series.
While the content itself may be valuable, the lack of transparency in how the offer was presented puts the legitimacy of their marketing practices into question. I hope Zonia.com improves its communication and honors the expectations it sets with users.
