Solution was fast effective friendly & worked 1st time

Solution was fast, simple & friendly - VERY friendly. Everything that (He/She - Agent AC) suggested worked first time. I eve was able to analyze and solve a problem which I didn't know existed *until* I was helped with another one. Confidence & capacity building is a sign of *excellent* customer service - I should know - I was a Service Delivery Manager of IT tech support for 40+years!!
