I sold my perfectly fine Samsung S10. They promised me 232 euros. Then I received an email saying that the value dropped to 116 euros due to damage on the side of the phone. I thought it was ridiculous as my phone perfectly matched all the requirements of a 'working phone' so I disagreed with the offer and asked them to send it back. No response for the last months and I just got paid half the value.
I sold my phone but never received a post label.
After writing numberous email conversations about it I still didn't receive a package label to be able to post my phone. I dont understand why the offer a selling service and then are not enabling you to actually finalize the sale.

It's my mistake that i haven't checked their reviews earlier.
They promised to give me 17 EUR for my old iPhone. So I have sent it over. Then they have confirmed that they have received my phone a month ago, but I have not seen any money paid back to me. And of course never any response now from them.
