Used to be good, now unreliable, rude and unhelpful
I have been using this firm for quite a while -- but recently they have become TERRIBLE.
Orders not delivered, customer service unhelpful, wrong information, missed deliveries, unanswered emails... you name it, they've done it, and not in a good way.
Try somewhere else!

Delivery Address Ignored!
Websites good with a varied option of choice of what you are looking for, But i will not be recommending this company to any of my family and friends!
Not good customer service when you have a delivery address on your account and its ignored! When calling customer service they advised that they will call the delivery company and amend the address but this never happened!
I in the end called the delivery company myself to find out where the package was heading.... I should of just called the delivery company in the first place.. then I wouldn't of needed to worry about having to find someone to be at mine when the parcel was due!
