Excellent customer service
I found the website easy to navigate and order exactly what I wanted. I neglected to specify exactly what I wanted so I had a phone call from the company and their customer service was second to none. I would recommend this company to everyone without reservation.

Excellent help, service and delivery
We contacted Zoom when we wanted to refit our offices in Bristol; they were so helpful considering they are an "On Line" business. They came and measured up our offices and did several plans until we decided on the one we liked, they advised us on the range and within a week the office was fitted out. The work was done to a very high standard; the rubbish was removed for recycling along with our old desks. We are very impressed with the standard of service and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Delighted to have stumbled across Zoom Office Chairs. Was kitting out my new home office (upgrading from laptop on a knee!) - they were able to get me all the furniture i needed to set up and cheaper than anywhere else i found. Recomended!

I was not completely sure what I needed, so phoned for some help, and they took a lot of time to help me. I only have a small space for my home office, and needed a chair to suit the room. I'm very pleased with the chair, and even more pleased as I can't find it anywhere cheaper!
