Decent gaming computers

I bought a gaming laptop many years ago never had a problem and it’s still going strong served well! will def come back for the upgrade soon

Excellent computer support and customer care to customers

I do computer support for myself as a self employed business for many years in Cambridgeshire. I have been using Zoostorm as my computer supply for customers if they need a new computer.
Recently, I have a customer come back to me after a repair but the computer already out of warranty. I contacted Zoostorm and they asked me to ship back the system to them on their cost. They checked the system and now the system back on working again.
I just do not express enough with my appreciation to their excellent customer service.
I am sure that I would use Zoostorm again because with their low price and excellent customer care!

Excellent Customer Service.

I emailed zoostorm late last year for a replacement laptop screen which was only 3 years old and was referred to another company who were very unhelpful and no longer stocked the screens. After stumbling across zoostorms hgihly rated reviews on here I thought I would give them another go. How different the experience was. Very reasonably priced such that it was only £40 more for zoostorm to fit the screen. Excellent customer service. They sent out packaging for me to send the laptop back to them, They supplied and fitted the new screen and sent it back in the same packaging. Laptop was a high spec when I bought and now it looks and works like new. Highly recommended.

Good entry gaming PC

Good entry gaming PC, I had the amd a10-7850 build. Carried on for a solid 2 years before the thermal margin sensor on the msi motherboard went out, rendering the pc unable to tell when to start fans and at what speed. Replaced it after the pc caught fire. It was a great pc for 2 years.

Reliable and excellent value for money

As the company buyer of IT equipment I have been buying Zoostorm PCs for several years.

The machine spec is always high and represents excellent value for money.

Setup could not be easier and the PCs work very well. Considering we are in a very dusty quarry we rarely have problems.

I highly recommend Zoostorm PCs

As a IT professional with over 20years…

As a IT professional with over 20years experience, I cannot say how overwhelmed I am with my new machine. Now only did the machine turn up extremely promptly, but the speed, quality and reliability is outstanding. As you can appreciate from my comments so far, the machine is brilliant. I was utterly amazed of the processor speed which is an AMD A10, when compared to my Laptop (i5). Basically, buy one, and you will not be disappointed.

I'm on my second zoostorm pc within a…

I'm on my second zoostorm pc within a short space of time and yet again it refuses to boot as stays on american megatrends screen. Lost the will to live trying to sort it out as the technical advice on their website isnt working. Very frustrating.

Updated reply - yes this is a replacement pc due to the issues I had with my previous zoostorm one. I had lots of problems with your technical helpline which Was resolved by a manager who apologised and sent a replacement pc.
For this issue I was on zoostorm website and used the the technical advice as per my issue but it is confusing and did not fix the issue. I called your helpline Saturday but it was closed.

Thank you so much to Sarah at Zoostorm for arranging the repair/replacement hard drive at cost price and for the quick return of the unit. I am very happy my pc is now working again.

So, I contacted Zoostorm on the phone as my CPU was overheating. I was asked to download another software and send screenshots of the temps and after that I was asked to return the PC so it could be tested and to resolve the issue. I packaged the unit with the packaging I was kindly given when asked for and scheduled for it to be picked up on a Monday, however after waiting for pickup no one arrived so I called and the pick up had not been scheduled but it was quickly sorted out and the PC was picked up the very next day. I was contacted telling me the PC had been damaged in transit but it was quickly resolved and fixed for me. Over a week later I am now happily posting this on my computer with the issues resolved. Thank you.

Thank you to Sarah, Zoe and Kerrie for answering all my questions and thank you to Adrian for being very helpful when I initially contacted Zoostorm on the phone.

Cheap replacement - very happy

Ordered a cheaper PC when the motherboard on my old one died. Only a bit more than a motherboard and processor swap. Moved my second disc and DVD from the old machine to this one. Sorted. Everything fine and dandy. I am guessing the case is a cheap one but the layout and everything was fine (had to take out the PSU to get the DVD in) and very neatly finished inside. Very happy all around. The fan makes a little bit of noise but nothing to worry about.
