I bought a PC from zoostorm via their ebay shop. After about a week, I noticed the PC had a fault where it was producing an unusual noise from two distinct sources (back fan and PSU), and raised a support ticket documented with videos. The computer was collected by DPD and after initially saying they were unable to reproduce the noises (I had to send another video), they eventually replaced the motherboard and returned the computer.
The computer was returned with arguably insufficient packaging by DPD (same packaging as when it was delivered originally) and the side glass of the case had been broken in transport.
Zoostorm was quick to collect the computer again and replaced both glass panels. This time it was delivered with improved packaging.
The computer came back with a large scuff on top of the case that was not there before (might be related to a cleaning substance?) that I've mostly wiped off and now it's still there but hardly noticeable. The fan switches were also wired wrong (low will make the fans go faster and high will make them go slower). The noises I complained about initially seem to be gone.
At this point I decided it was not worth sending it back and losing another week and also risking it returning broken in transport again so I just accepted it as it is.
Today, DPD had a zoostorm package for delivery at my address. It had someone else's name so I rejected it - they had sent someone else's computer to my address by mistake.
Given the amount of good reviews they have on trustpilot, this might be an isolated event but it does look like they could be better organised and that the warranty service is nothing more than average.

First used these guys in 2013, and haven't used another company since for all our desktops. Haven't had a single issue with any of the machines, they use quality components and the cable management shows that they take building PCs seriously.

Purchased a few pc's and peripherals from this company now both direct and via their eBay store.
All products have been exactly as described and delivered on time. On the rare occasion I've had a faulty product delivered the customer service has always been top notch, responsive and prompt.

I had an issue with my Zoostorm PC (out of warrantee) and contacted support for help. I found the service to be very good with knowlegable technical support and good foolow up communication. I paid for the PC to be diagnosed and from then the whole process was seamless to the point I recieved the PC back. Definitely exceeded my expectations.

Have bought multiple desktop PCs by zoostorm over the last 5 or 6 years, great bang for your buck as far as the machines themselves go, and customer support is always top notch - they have always looked after me with any support issues/questions etc I've had. My Zoostorm PC failed recently. I dealt with Adrian and Clint at Zoostorm support. The problem was diagnosed over the phone, I obtained a new drive, and with their help fitted it and am now back up and running. I was unsure on some points and had several questions. I spoke to support several times, and always had patient and helpful responses. It’s refreshing to find a company that offers quality backup to their products rather than just selling them and forgetting their customers.

I needed specifications for an old Zoostorm PC in order to advertise it for sale.
Without hesitation Harriett Morris at the Customer Experience Services, instantly provided the information by email. I required further information and again she was very forthcoming with this.
It was a pleasurable experience to be treated in such a manner. Harriett is a shining example, her friendly, helpful, efficient, professional and outstanding manner is what customers should experience but 99.99% of the times, we don't!
She's an asset to her Team and Zoostorm!

My PC had developed a minor fault (cooling fan became noisy). I didn't fancy going to the trouble of returning the whole PC to Zoostorm. I phoned their customer service department (FREE PHONE0800 !) and was attended to by a very friendly and helpful lady called Harriet. She listened to my problem spoke with their technicians. To cut it short, I was sent a new cooling fan and now my PC is working fine.
Great PC, Great service and fantastic Customer service. Thanks to everyone; especially Harriet.

My hard disk failed during warranty period.
Zoostorm gave me the option of returning PC or just exchanging HDD. Went for 2nd option with very prompt delivery but replacement also faulty.
A second replacement was immediately despatched and all is now well.
Hassle free service - thanks.

Initially had phone support and some email instructions, I couldn’t fix and a return was organised. PC was fixed in 2 days and returned - brilliant!
Everyone I spoke to were really helpful, all email instructions clear and friendly - delighted with aftercare service.

Can i just say what a great company. I had problems with my pc because i moved it too much haha, but a sata cable come out and my pc wasnt working. But with zoostorm you get a leaflet telling you the tech support is always there to help. So i gave them a call and it was instant, i had to give my serial number and all that, then describe whats wrong and they told me what to check and do with my pc and they got it all working in about 15 mins. Would truely recommend this company and i will be continuing shopping with them.
