I would give their products 0 or -1 stars if possible. They advertise a very different pair of shoes on their website to what I received. The shoes were plastic, cheap quality with hard soles yiu could not walk on instead of flexible walking shoes. I cannot believe a company cab this blatantly lie on their website.

Definitely avoid.

Ordered a pair of orthopaedic sandles looked lovely online ,looked nothing like the photo when they arrived ,cheap and nasty should be reported to trading standards don’t know how they get away with it wish I had read the other reviews before buying

Like many others, I regret not having read the reviews before placing my order.

I would have given this company a minus star if I could.

They aren't based in London, so not sure why they pose like they are. They are based in China.

Shein delivers quicker than these guys and their quality is better, yet its cheaper. The premium price tag is for terrible service, extremely slow delivery times. They claim 5days-2 weeks, when really its three weeks.

STAT AWAY AT ALL COSTS. they are awful. No-one deserves to be treated like this after they have spent their hard earned money!

Product not as seen on screen, cheap quality, poor customer service, won’t take a return for a refund and only offer 30% refund , even though the item is not as seen, I don’t want it and want to return it because of above reason and they wont do anything about it. Just quite simply a SCAM! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Purchased a dress nearly 2moths ago through tiktok. Paid extra for quick shipping... not sure where they have shipped to but clearly not in this is universe. No updates nothing. Online shops like this should be shut down

I placed the order 2 months ago and I never received the item I paid for! I paid £40 which I will never see again.
I emailed them and they didn’t even bothered to reply!

Not even worth a 1. DONT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS.
A month later I have not recieved the dress, numerous emails sent with no response. Gives you a Gmail address to contact so should've known really.

Don't buy from this place,over priced & very poor quality rags for sale here.zoravio. zero customer service. Warehouse in China therefore don't accept returns.

BIGGEST SCAM!! Got sent the wrong dress?? They then refused to refund it and claimed that if i wanted even a PARTIAL refund, i had to pay for the shipping all the way back to CHINA, which is not implied anywhere before purchasing. The website is quite literally called Zoravio LONDON. The customer service was even worse, they were 0 help. Do not order.

I ordered both a large and medium size of a product, unsure which would fit. I informed the company beforehand and was told this was fine. Now, trying to return the medium, I've hit a major snag.

The return process is overly complicated, requiring a long form and photos of the goods and packaging. Despite numerous requests, I haven't received the necessary email or phone number for the Chinese recipient. With the 30-day return window closing, I'm stuck with no response from customer service.

Be cautious if you might need to return an item. Their lack of communication and complex return process is a major hassle if not a scam.

Nothing like what is showing on the photo , it’s absolutely fake & cheap products, very expensive. Slow ok delivery, not recommend it at all

Apart from waiting weeks for my order to arrive the sizing of the jackets was way out. I had ordered 4XL and they honestly felt like a Large, 3 sizes too smal l

Item arrived but nothing like the size expected. Far too small and scraggy material. To return I have to pay for it to be sent to china-not mentioned when purchased. Address? . Wish I'd read Trustpilot first.

The product shipped is not the quality in the video or photographs of the trousers (Milano). Cheap tent-like material. Please also note that you have to pay to send it back to China. This is not detailed on the website return pop-up or marketed that way only in the small print. I thought I was buying from a UK company and it's from China. Slow dispatch poor/slow response from customer services and as yet no return address! This is miss-selling at its finest!

AVOID IF YOU CAN!!! They will not respond to your emails when chasing order + nothing has arrived from them!!!

Took ages to arrive (from CHINA!) and quality no good, just not like the photos! Not even going to bother trying to get a refund as have to ship back to china at my cost, what was I thinking buying from an Instagram ad?!
