Had the part I needed at a fair price. Delivery was fast, shipping$ reasonable. On my list of places to check when a need arises.

Needed an oddball part and they not only had it in stock I got it in 2 days even though it was ordered on a Sunday.

I processed my transaction with a discount code ZORO gave me. When the transaction was processed ZORO taxed me on the shipping. I have never been taxed on shipping before, so I asked why. They told me it was taxable. Then they changed the transaction amount to eliminate the discount. I filed a complaint with paypal and have now been waiting for six days for them to respond. They keep asking for a review. Here you go.

I choose Zoro because they listed and showed a u shank jigsaw blade on their website. Ordered it and they shipped a t shank blade. I won’t use them again.

Additionally in this era where customer service is severely lacking at most online companies Zoro stands out as the gold standard. After I ordered my product I realized I had a discount coupon from Zoro that was in my email folder. I contacted Zoro customer service and the representative immediately helped by applying the discount coupon to my order even though the item already had shipped. The refund showed up on my statement the same day. Exceptional customer service that earns repeat customer loyalty.

Zoro is my Go-To every time. It really is an impressive site. I can check the specifications on the items I am looking for to insure that I am getting exactly what I need, which in turn reduces the amount of wrong parts that take time to return. Time is money for sure. Then they have such a huge selection of items that it is kind of rare that I don't fine something that I look for.
I will say that I was skeptical at first, thinking it was just hyped up to sound good. That is not the case at all....They really are that great of a site!!!

Wide range of clocks. Found perfect 14 inch clock with detailed specs, exactly what I wanted at excellent price and 10% off promo. Quartz mechanism is as accurate as an atomic mechanism. Shipping charge was reasonable buying 3 clocks. Love the clock boxes. Easy credit card payment system and excellent tracking emails.

I found an item on Zoro I couldn’t find any place else. I’d been searching for it a long time. Then I couldn’t believe their delivery was next day. Definitely use them again

I found their website easy to follow. My order came in record time. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong item but the person at the customer service desk was very helpful. They do not carry what I needed so I said I would have to look elsewhere, but they contacted the manufacturer who said they don’t want the product back. I can throw it away or donated to charity. Since it’s a very Special piece of toilet plastic, I guess not many people want it and it’s not worth sending back with all the shipping costs. But I really appreciated the way. Zorro handled the whole thing they’re going to credit me the whole amount. Bravo Zorro.

When I first got involved with Zoro, my orders were always a day or two days. They were at my front door. The more I order I’ve seen that it started taking longer and longer to get my stuff although a couple of my items sometimes were missing. Zoro came through and replaced them. I just don’t understand how they tell you Going to be delivered and one or two days and now it’s taking longer.
