We can see that the order has been successfully delivered within the timeframe stated on our website for deliveries to Europe.
You could have emailed us directly if you had a query rather than leaving a 1 star review - even though it's a question rather than an actual review, which could have been answered simply by tracking your order using the tracking info provided.
The tracking number for every order is emailed to each customer automatically once an order has been shipped, therefore it is extremely easy & straight forward to track orders.
We therefore feel this 'review' should be disregarded as it is not a true reflection of our product & service.

Best jacket in the game!
I ordered from Holland and my order didn’t take long to arrive luckily! Only PostNL took a few days to order but it was really busy. Nevertheless, the jacket is really comfortable and lightweight and I mean…..the lightning effect on there is insane🤩 Keep up the work!
Ps: If you do have any questions about the brand just send them a message! He responds pretty fast!
