Unable to withdraw from Zotabet

After being verified on the platform I continue to play. At some point I won a considerable amount after which I attempted to withdraw. Zotabet then asked me to verify my account again. They refused a passport photo that had been accepted as valid ID by other parties such as a crypto exchange. They also refused to accept a valid screenshot from my Crypto.com app showing how I had deposited the money. After subsequent days, with further attempts to upload documents they remain unverified.
