I've spent a considerable amount of…

I've spent a considerable amount of money on this site. Even over 2k in one session.

Yet I get nothing for it. No extra bonus, no 'we appreciate your loyalty or business'.

One other sites, one in particular the guy would email me almost weekly with $25 cash top up, just to say thanks.

This is the worst site I've had for customer recognition. I only play on it because it does seem to have a higher win rate then some other sites. Though I'm never that excited about spending money here.
