Horrible. Item came with a main part missing. When contacted the company they said they couldn’t send the part nor would they accept a return because it was on sale. It was about $150CAD …

I am still arguing with them about consumer protection laws of misrepresented or damaged items superceeding their de mil of returning a sale return. Waste of time. Will get Visa to intervene.

All their emails had a tone of fake nice thanking me for my understanding and ‘warm regards’ - absolutely horrible manner to communicate their message.

Never received the handbag and scarves. Shop app states it was delivered. When emailing their "customer service " no response. Thankfully the $139.99 was charged on a credit card with outstanding challenge a charge benefits. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ZOVA WEBSITE ITS A SCAMAROONIE

Would rate below zero if I could. Took forever to arrive and items are poor quality and not accurately portrayed. Cheap junk with weird fit and complicated return policy.

I so wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered my son the comforter set. Not only did it take forever when I finally came in it has a girl's name on it and I didn't put no name on it and it looks so fake the printing I paid over $100 just to get ripped off I'm so mad

Terrible do not buy anything from this website I actually bought some clothes from Tik Tok 4 weeks ago they took my money but never dispatched and when I sent them an email they have nothing returned to me they are just set an account to take people money

terrible experience / bought 250 worth of clothes. got some clothes about 4 months later. nothing I had ordered but things kind of like it. I packaged it back up and sent back for return . called them. printed out info. and have never heard from them and now they don't have a web site. so I am out. any suggestions

They would only do a refund if damaged. My dress I ordered was as it was missing button holes. It took months to receive the dress. They stated it was a cotton blend and it was cheap shiny polyester. Not worth even LOOKING at this site. Do Not order from them! After many emails they gave me $10 for a $48 order.

Just reinforcing the previous reviews. Do not shop with this site. It took many months to receive only two pieces of my total order of four clothing items. Only one item was marginally acceptable.

I wish I could give them a zero review. I bought two dresses and spent 100.00 when they arrived two months later the quality was awful. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!
They wouldn’t consider a refund unless the goods had holes or stains. I wish I could post the pictures of these cheap polyester I’ll fitting clothing.

DO NOT purchase anything from this website...complete scam! Worst quality clothing I have ever seen and when you try to get a refund they refuse....they even offer you some money back to keep the order!!! Website should be shut down!

This is a fraudulent business - the tops arrived with no care instructions, no brand labels and awful quality so I returned to the return address on the envelope and then emailed them to ask when would receive refund and they just emailed back to say that it wasn’t there return address. This business needs to be stopped from being allowed to trade.

Fraudulent website, counterfeit items. Please don’t buy from this site. The images they use on the website are stolen from instagram and are not the clothes they are selling. For one dress they use an image of a People Tree dress and the dress you receive is definitely not people tree.

Over 3 months to arrive and quality is awful. They are refusing my return

Awful! I took 2-3 months to get my order. The clothes were not as pictured. Material was different than expected. I used there guidelines for sizing and the items didnt fit. Some were too small, others too large. When I tried to return the product, they would not allow it because the reason for my return was not quality related. Never will I order from this company again. Sad very sad. I will be making a complaint through Facebook as well.

Terrible rort. Do not buy from this company. The item is a cheap version of what is a shown on their website. There are no labels, no confirmation of the fabric being used and the item is in a cheap plastic bag - like what you can buy from markets for $10-$20. When you then try to get a refund for the item not being as per the description, they refuse to refund your money.
They do have positive reviews but based on my dealings with this company, I am guessing that they are fake.

basically a scam, it took over 2 months to get my order and when it got here the items were crappy. In trying to get a return they're demanding i pay to ship things back myself. total garbage company. BUYER BEWARE.

I can only echo all the other bad reviews. This company is the worst! A$122 spent plus postage. The items took over two months to arrive. I ordered the same size in each outfit. One doesn't fit at all it is way too small (I even ordered 2 sizes larger so they would be loose!) and the other is tight and a polyester not cotton as advertised. Their customer service keeps saying return policy is only for 'quality reasons' and 'please allow a little color and size difference, it is inevitable'. Two full sizes difference! And, quality is obviously a very loose word for Zovias/Dress Fashion/Indiefit and any other name they sell under. They exist to rip people off. Do not buy from them.

Package took 9 weeks to arrive. Sizing was too small. Fabric was not cotton/linen as described but a cheap polyester. All disapointing! I would never purchase from this company.

I placed an order 8 weeks ago and still haven’t received it. I bought 4 items totaling just under $200. Customer service keeps saying it was delayed due to covid but that’s just not true. I’ve asked for a refund but now having read these reviews I may need to go a step further and report them to the better business bureau. We should notify Facebook this is a Fraud. That’s how I found them
