I placed my order for watch bands and…

I placed my order for watch bands and bracelets. When my order came in the first time, pkg was split open, empty.. I contacted ZOX customer service, showed pictures and they immediately resent order. The Second order was lost in transit.. Contacted ZOX again and again, they sent out my order. I was amazed how understanding they were and how quickly they sent my order out again. Yes, 3 is the magic number and so worth my trust and the wait for these awsome products! Thank you ZOX and I will be ordering more!-SandyLindsey

I have ordered twice from Zox and both…

I have ordered twice from Zox and both orders were/are late. I ordered on Jan 18, shipped on Jan 20 and still haven’t received it. Last update it was in Katy, Texas. Nothing after that. Very frustrating.

ZOX Customer service = GOAT!

I had accidentally sent an order to my previous address, but customer service really is the GOAT for not only getting my order to my current address…they gave me an online gift card to assist me! Thanks ZOX for helping a loyal customer out!

Amazing Company
