I own an Ergodox EZ and have been using it happily for the past 5 years. The quality and customizability are both excellent. I've needed to contact support twice in that time - once for a lost part due to my own error, and once for a minor issue with an LED well after the product was out of warranty. Both times the response from support was quick, detailed, and helpful.

Can absolutely vouch for the voyager, wonderful travel-friendly split-keyboard with high quality manufacturing and a very smooth typing experience. Software and support are great too. Really admire their work.

Keyboards are great but pray you never have to deal with customer support. The plastic on the thumb module is thin and broke after daily use. Not a problem stuff breaks that's to be expected and they claim to sell extra parts on their site.

Try contacting support to buy one of these parts and you will get the run around. They only want to deal with new customers and warranty issues, I have told them its out of warranty and I want to buy the part like their website says I can but they keep going back to the warranty.

I don't know how any professional can have a dependency on a company that won't support their products or customers past the point of purchase and initial warranty.

At £350 a pop I can't just keep replacing the keyboards because the thin plastic breaks.

Super happy with the keyboard. Top notch quality. The delivery was faster than promised; they promise to ship within 3 weeks, since everything is built to order. They're very transparent with the process and really hold your hand to make sure you get to a good start. Customer service is second to none. In fact they actually encourage you to reach out to them, even just to say hi. I'd buy again.

Bought a moonlander. Great keyboard and amazing customer service. A bit expensive when you include all import fees in Europe, and I would have liked to control the angle of the thumb cluster independently of the tenting angle, but still top notch keyboard.

I bought the Moon Lander some time ago and it's become an integral part of my daily routine. The keyboard is truly exceptional, and the customer support I've experienced is among the finest I've encountered in dealings with many different companies. I would highly ZSA and the moonlander keyboard.

Very good! Even though the shop is in Taiwan and it said 2-3 weeks production time for the Moonlander, it arrived in Denmark just a week after I ordered it! I can't wait to get immersed in this awesome new keyboard!
