Good Service, But Misleading Presentation

m giving 3 stars because my experience was mixed.

On the one hand, I found the website to be somewhat misleading in how it presents its services and how “official” it appears. It could definitely be clearer about what exactly is being offered.

On the other hand, I requested a cancellation shortly after placing my order and received a confirmation within an hour. That was a pleasant surprise, and I can’t confirm the negative experiences others have shared about not being able to reach customer service.

So overall, while the presentation could be more transparent, the service I received was responsive and professional. It seems like a solid online provider based on my experience.
