it seems like I am the first person to…
it seems like I am the first person to use this loan provider while going to LIFT academy. They didn't understand that my school certifies the loan 2 weeks prior to the start date. When I tried to clear up the situation myself I had to call ZuntaFi who was incredibly hard to get a hold of. When I finally did get a hold of someone over the phone I explained the situation, I was put on hold and then hung up on.

I am on disability and have been since…
I am on disability and have been since 2017. The interest is higher than the principal balance. I told them I had documentation to prove my disability. They say there is nothing we can do. I am sick of this company they are loan sharks And do not care about anyone.
