Why are they harassing me?????

Last December MOAA transferred their processing to this company and they repeatedly say my repayment of my interest free grant, is past due even though they process an automatic payment on the 23rd of every month. Now this month they sent a default letter threatening to send to collections and all kinds of financial consequences. The letter was dated May 26th - 3 days after they processed the May payment. It was post marked 6/12/23, received 6/16 and demands I contact them by 6/25 to make payment arrangements. The normal automatic payment was processed on 6/23. My grant repayment requirement is due by May 2028. I am 4-1/2 years ahead of schedule - it will be fully repaid in December of this year. Why are they harassing me??????

In your state, spousal approval is needed when you apply for a loan. At this time, in order for ZuntaFi to obtain the spousal approval on the loan application, you need to print the loan application and submit it after your spouse approves. While we understand this process can be frustrating, I hope you take comfort knowing you are working with a company that takes compliance seriously.
