I ordered dress trousers and a Jacket in December have still not received my goods have emailed them 3 times and have not had an answer I will never but anything from these Chinese website

Zuqoc is a scam site. I order 6 dresses, paid in full, sent me a tracking no, after 3 months I received a fake diamond ring which has no value. My dresses never arrived. I emailed to them, they blocked my email, emails are returned. I would never order anything from this scammers. Whom can I report this to get my money back?

I wouldn't give this company any stars! I followed my order from the source until I couldn't find it and then suddenly it said it was delivered. NOT TO ME! I'm glad I didn't spend very much because trying to contact them is next to impossible. I should have read the ratings, if I had I never would have placed the order!

I never took what I paid for, although they put on they delivered.

Exactly what others have said - order not received, ring received instead. Emails not answered. I have the order #3464 from Portugal. The order don't come. I WHANT THE INSURANCE ACTION NOW!!!
I am going to file an international complaint against this company. I lost USD 59.08. The tracking shows an order delivered! Thieves!

They deserve 0 stars, they are cheaters, I ordered many dresses, after a month they send me an horrible ring. They blocked my e-mail adress, horrible experience

Horrible experience!! I placed an order two months ago and NEVER received my order! This is a scam site! Do not order from them!

What a shame.I order 9 dresses and waited for 23 days .today I received a baby ring which they left in front of the door.

Scam page, if you orderd from this site, contact your bank, make dispute for transaction, provide all evidence you have, thats how I recived my money back!

why are you charging me for items i did not receive

I ordered five clothes and they never arrived. I instead received a cheap and aughful ring after having waited for a month.
No one reply to email. Horrific service and clearly a SCAM! This should be reported to the competents authorities.

I don't even want to give this a star. Fake company. SCAM! thank goodness I didn't give them a lot of money. Ordered 3 dresses and was supposed to have gotten a free gift (earrings) but never did. I did however, receive a ring. Which I threw away!
What did I Iearn? Do research before ordering ANYTHING online!

Absolutely SCAM. My wife ordered 3 dresses. Nothing received. The Email message she sent could not be delivered to Zuqos email.

Got hassled by the wife to buy a dress off the internet. The ad was on facebook. Never use facebook ads. Went to the real website. It exists, but only in the small print it gives the name of the company. the customer services email is zuqoc(a)wjiddr.com, at a domain name that has expired. No corporate email. SCAM SCAM SCAM. 5 minutes google saved a lot of aggravation.

Total fraud like the others. Cheap ring arrived and no way to email them after that! Do not order at all
