Scam, scam, scam , paid for an air con unit, never arrived but money taken, should have read reviews first! Do not order anything from this site , phone number is inactive, no reply to e mails unabke to contact at all

I ordered 2 garden storage boxes and was given a delivery date of 6th - 9th June. When they didn't arrive I tried to contact them. The customer service email address got no reply. The contact number and online chat were the same.
I've recovered my payment by Barclaycard but others should be warned not to buy anything from this company.
I do question Shopifys part in this transaction. What do they do to vet sellers using their format ?

I ordered a dressing table for my daughters 16th birthday. Didn't come.no correspondence. Im with hsbc who has said its a 21 day claim. Still awaiting. Do not buy. Shopify needs to sort things out down there end. Letting a fraudulent company use them on the website for tracking. Google also need to remove this company.

Fkng scammers. Don’t buy. Order an ac last month and still not coming, cant trust anything online these days. I don’t know how Klarna partnered with these guys.

Please do not order from them, the company is a scam never received the order and my bank find out my money went to a cleaning company based in France

This is a scam website. Avoid at all costs despite the tempting prices. The order never arrives, the payment goes to a Facebook account for a different service and they do not respond to emails. Absolute disgrace.

Has anyone had any luck with getting their money back from the bank? Or Google ?

The same experience as others. Ordered something which never arrived. No communications. Like others, shame I didn't check reviews before ordering.

You will order something, you'll pay for it, you'll get a confirmation email with an order number, BUT YOU WON'T GET THE ITEM!!!
I wish I'd looked at the reviews before I ordered something ( the item I ordered said it was recommended by Good Housekeeping) I'm now having to try to get the money back via my bank.
Please people don't go near this so called company.

If I could give no stars I would. This is a scam website and needs to be taken down. I ordered some furniture at the end of May and still haven’t received anything. They take your money and never send you your item. The “customer service” number is inactive, and the email address is a normal persons address- but you don’t get any response. Upon googling the company- it’s linked to a domestic household address in Edinburgh, but a European name on the money transaction on my bank statement- it’s all just fake though as everything else is on this website. I have contacted my bank to recall the money- just steer clear- the “customer reviews” on the website are all fake too…So frustrating.

Sadly it's a scam, di not, under ANY circumstances buy from this site. No working phine, no email responsebetc.
Awful people.

Ordered online 27th May. Got confirmation email.
emailed them 4th June asking for delivery date. No reply.
Looked on this site.

I contacted my bank to notify them of the suspected scam. They checked my account and by coincidence there was a "Pending" refund from the merchant name that had debited my account. They advised me to wait a couple of days and check if it had gone through. I checked today 11th June and it had been refunded in full.

Oh my i wished id read this companies reviews before ordering from them. Not sure how they can legally trade when they obviously are a con outfit that hope you don't ask for your money back via your bank

Scam. Items never received but took my money. Number is inactive and emails just being ignored. Money goes to France but company address is listed in the UK. Do not order from these cretins !

Ordered a sideboard and yes it’s a scam , no sideboard delivered and I’m still waiting on my money back from my back . I ordered on 20th April and now still waiting on refund.Raging that this fake company is still advertising and stealing money from people

This website is a SCAM PLEASE DONT ORDER email address doesn't exist the contract number is reported as fraud i ordered 2 x outdoor bin storage. Never received This site is still on shop which I dont understand how when all the reviews state noone has ever received item avoid all they wont is ur money
