Terrible company,

Never got my order, I emailed them and they said it was delivered but I never got it.Than they said they would resent it and it’s been 3 months now, they gave me a bogus tracking number .Now my emails get sent back to me because they are scammers

This is the worst company ever. I ordered and it said it was delivered. We have cameras and nothing was delivered to our house. I contacted them and they said they would reship if I signed for it. I said I would and Dave stated it would be reshipped in 72 hours. Nothing has been sent and Dave will no longer respond. No items and out the money. Nothing but a scam.

I had purchased items on January 4, 2023. Items were not received and tracking stated that it had been delivered 400km away. I had contacted them several (8) times and the contacts from ZVC stated they had reshipped the order...once again it stated it was delivered but not to my address. After the 6th time that I had tried to contact them regarding my displeasure in not receiving my order, they have stopped responding. No products and I am out of money!

I ordered gifts for my new grandson Jan 23 I still have not received the goods in April 24 and despite many emails have not had a refund. I am very disappointed in their customer service

Won’t deliver the product and it’s been 133 days since they said they would refund me. They keep saying it takes 5-10 business days. Scamers

Never got my order i tracked till it was in Cal. then nothing contacted them email they said sorry and was sending me a new order 26 items and still nothing now they wont even respond. what a shame that they still are doing this to people. DISABLED AND NOT HAPPY

Less than 1 rating. I never got my order from nov 2022. How can they still be in business? They are making alot of money from innocent americans! What a Scam!

I have never received my order, it has been over three months. I will report them to USPS and Facebook as they are fraudulent. I have kept all of my documentation and cancelled the charge on my credit card. I then cancel the credit card I had charged this order on. That's how shady and dishonest this company is. They are no longer even "pretending" to respond with their lies. DO NOT ORDER anything from this company.

I order in November of 2022. I never received the order. I have email 21 times and have gotten 21 email backs from 12 different people. I was promised that would reship the order, never got that order. I demanded a refund and was advised it take 25 business days. Well it has been21 days and still no refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Ripped off!!! Made an order January, never arrived, was told it was resent. Still nothing, when I emailed again they replied with "Don't worry it's on its way" That's when I really knew I'd been scammed. Dirty scumbags. I'm an idiot, but these mongrels need to be stopped.

I have heard nothing but I get a lot spam emails telling me they have a lost box at some shopping company but I have to pay more money to have it sent. My fault, I know better then to order from a pop up store from some place in the world ( assumed China). Shame on me. I'm not out that much money but I learned my lesson and I'm embarrassed. I never even told my husband about this. What a joke.

I have ordered twice from this company. Once on December 12 and again like a dummy on Feb 6. Neither package has been delivered. They do respond and say how sorry they are and will resend my items and it will take 28 days to receive. From what I’m reading I won’t get it. They even sent me a roster of the shipping location and it ended in my town. I’m sick of being scammed. No more buying off of pop up adds.

Ordered end of Dec and still nothing said it was on way reached Uk then tracking no none exsisting then it said delivered another scammers they shouldn’t be able to get away with it going to bank tomorrow to see if they can do anything probably not but hey ho

This is a fake company. They are a scam. I wish I know before. I purchased items from them, they send me first tracking number and I did not receive anything. It’s been 3 months now and I have not received anything from them. They keep telling me it will come but never does. And now they don’t communicate anymore.

I put an order on November23,2022. Today is February 21 and I am still have not received my order. I have been given now 4 different tracking numbers and none of them reaching destination.
Every day I am receiving a message from a different "employee". I think, it is same person answering email
I don't think it's legit site.
I've ordered a lot of packages from China's websites. This is the only one is a problem.
I think it's needs to be investigated by International Trade commissioner

They can improve by delivering my parcel or refund. Email doesn't work. Con artistd

Scammers! I order a few things. It said DELIVERED THATS A LIE. God is watching you. Karma will come back to you. Stay away don’t not order fake company!
