I too was scammed !! 😭😭😭😭😭 darn it ! Money is so hard to come by !! I wish I would of googled this company before I ordered ! They said my order was delivered …lie lie lie then they said we will ship it again , got a fake tracking number from a company called 17track and again it never came , now I’m waiting for my refund and I know this will never happen ! I pray for karma to come in !!!

Total SCAM. The company website operates from an Irish address so I have reported to the Irish consumer affairs. The tracking website is a scam too - only updates with bogus information and then states the items have been delivered. ZVC get threatening when dealing with refunds (which will never come of course) and threaten your loss of bank account with your bank should you start a claimback on your credit card. Their website was advertised on Facebook which has now been reported. I still can't believe they are so blatant.

I figured it was. I ordered a few items, unlocked my credit card to pay and locked it immediately after ordering $40. The next day I see they tried to use/scam my card for $86, and it was declined. The tracking said the items were delivered. What I did receive was a cheapy glass stone ring in place of the items I ordered.
I knew it was too good to be true. I've told my family and friends it's very good practice to lock your credit card after an online purchase. I used a pre paid credit card and not cards attached to my bank.
DON'T FORGET TO LOCK YOUR CREDIT CARD AFTER PURCHASE, just in case it's a site that will scam you.

If I could leave 0 stars and still write a review I would. I order some clothes in the beginning of November and I still haven’t gotten them. I wish I had looked up the reviews before I ordered.

I ordered a blanket and it said it was delivered I have never received the blanket they must feel really good scamming people I don’t know how they sleep at night very disappointing!!!

I wish I had found these reviews before I ordered. I've had 2 orders in transit for 37 days. One says it was delivered in my mailbox. How are 6 pairs of boots along with 9 other items going to fit in my mailbox? Wow, I was scammed too. I hope they can sleep at night knowing they are scamming people out there just trying to get a good deal.

This site is a scam. Takes your money and doesn't deliver the products ordered.

I placed an order for 69 dollars on November 22, but I do not have anything got an email to say that it was posted ad packed on its way, then nothing; they are nothing more than thieves, taking from low-income families trying to keep warm and fight disease with exam warmth, blankets

I bought a lot of clothes in Nov 2022 for Xmas presents and have not recieved them nor have I heard back from them. Got a notice it was delivered on 1/14/23 but never got it. Went to the Post Office and was told that the tracking number doesn't exist. I have tried to get my money back but no luck. This is definitely a scam. Must make them feel good to take money frim hard working people.

This company took my money and then sent me NO PACKAGE! Despite daily emails, they refused to refund me my money. Their tracking service was fake (per the US postal service), so the product was never processed to begin with. I will never see the product or my money again! zvcfhy goes by a number of names, but is part of a larger conglomerate, Fadel-Beatty Limited, which is comprised of a number of companies that prey on consumers, taking their money and leaving them out to dry!

This "Company" is a SCAM! IDENTICAL to Sounguesu.com. They take your Money, Send Confirmation Emails, give you a "Tracking #, that'll probably be through Tracking645.com & after 1-4wks of Tracking your Package, it'll say it was Delivered, when it wasn't. CONTACT YOUR BANK IMMEDIATELY & DISPUTE THE CHARGE! I can Guarantee that the Name of whoever took your Money (Payment) is Slightly different from the Name of the Website you Shopped on &/or Confirmation Emails that you got. BC OF THAT SLIGHT DIFFERENCE IN NAME, YOU DID NOT AUTHORIZE THE TRANSACTION!! YOU'LL GET YOUR MONEY BACK THROUGH YOUR DISPUTE! DON'T WAIT, FILE THE DISPUTE RIGHT NOW!!! Don't even Bother Contacting these Scumbags for your Money, THEY'RE SCAMMERS, THEY'LL NEVER GIVE IT BACK!!

I ordered a load of stuff on the 2/12/22 I’m still waiting for my stuff I have contacted them but they are just giving me the run around have asked for a refund that hasn’t materialised I finally contacted my credit card to get my refund this company is a joke or a scam

Absolute con what a waste money down drain as idiot here paid on debit card but hey ho lesson learned way over a month and tracker called IPS .. that wants yo charge you more money in import fees

Never been so stupid to order this way and will never again order like that..

I have seen identical clothing ads under different company names for about half a year on facebook. Now they supposedly had a big end of the year sale and I gave it a try, knowing that those prices were too good to be true. What kept me hoping was their mail tracker, that seemed to show that the package was on its way from China. It did not show, however, which US mail carrier it was supposedly handed over to. The tracker shows the package was delivered at 11:25 pm on New Year's Day. I doubt anyone works during those hours.... Of course I never received anything, the customer service email doesn't reply. Disputed the charge with my credit card company who tells me that recently there are many scams from China like this, always adding a lovely "mail tracker" to the experience.... Do not buy clothing from professional looking ads on Social Media from China! I learned my lesson.

I believe a pop up ad came up on Instagram or something similar and I was drawn to what would be, too good of a deal. I ordered from this company in November and forgot I did so I saw the ad again and went and ordered again. Then I remembered my first order and how I didn’t receive it.

After I processed my 2nd purchase I contacted them and asked them where my 1st order was. Took a few days for them to respond but they sent me a fake tracking thing saying my package had been delivered to my mailbox. That wouldn’t have been possible because my mailbox wouldn’t fit half the stuff I ordered in it. Checked all the ring cameras as well as my neighbors and no package was delivered.

I contacted them again MULTIPLE times, getting a response in Spanish telling me to be patient. I contacted them again and told them they have stolen my money and contacted the bank for investigation. A day or so later they finally refunded my original payment however my bank is looking into them and I am still awaiting my 2nd refund which they did say they would refund.

I’ve ordered from multiple sites from different countries and have never had a problem, now I will have to check reviews etc before I order anything.

If the deal is too good to be true, it is! They are thieves!

This is a fake company. Ordered lots of clothing, tracking is BS ordered on November 27th, says it was delivered on December 24, at 11:10a, it was not!! I was home the entire day getting ready for Christmas with my front door open. I also have recording
security cameras and there was NO delivery
