Ordered an "Omni" Spectrum. Got no order tracking, chased up many times (no response), contacted seller via PayPal and got a lame reply about his shop emails not coming through. Then was assured I'd receive tracking info, non. All went quiet again, so had to raise a case with PayPal.
Now refunded.
I put an order and after two days sent an email and asked a question about it. Didn't receive a reply. So I found their Facebook group and saw another customer posted and said he didn't receive a reply as well. I replied his comment, asked if he has any updates and he said no. So I started to wait since there was no other option. 10 days after the order, I received and email saying it has posted and the owner of the website posted a very rude comment on the Facebook, giving my name publicly. It was unacceptable and I will not buy anything from that website ever again.
