I ordered 2 packs of shaver heads, only one arrived, Unable to get hold of them on their website, got through to someone on Facebook who said they will get back to me. They have advised me they have sent out the razors.

We have had a look at your order details. The social media team did pass your query to us and we did get in contact with you on 16th February 2021, when we sent you this email:

We have looked at your order details. It seems like you have not purchased the razor head cover hence you haven't received it. Plus the shaving set you have bought does not include the razor head cover. Same goes for the bowl. The bowl with the shaving set you bought is the bowl without the lid. You can look at the listings to confirm.
If you think there was a mistake made, please let us know and we will rectify this for you.
We do apologise that you have received wrong amount of blades for your razor. Please confirm your address for our records and we will dispatch the blades immediately.
