No communication & Delivery issues

No communication & Delivery issues. I purchased two products from one of their sister sites "Rat and mouse pest control" (order 2312m). Company states on website next day delivery(£5.95), even though I ordered at 09.20 on Thurs 5th May, It was not dispatched until Friday as received an email from DHL(no comm's from company). So did not get delivered until the following Monday. There is no phone number on the site & the only way of contact is via their email messaging service. Which I did use on the Friday to ask for a refund of some or all of the delivery charge & I'm still waiting for a reply.

The issues you describe with delayed dispatch, lack of communication and no reply to your request for a delivery refund were problems linked to the previous ownership. Customers should not have been charged for next day delivery when the service was not met, and the lack of support was unacceptable.

Pest Help and its sister sites are now operated by new ownership with proper customer service and clearer delivery processes in place. Anyone affected is welcome to contact info@pesthelp.co.uk so the team can review the situation and offer a fair resolution.
