Bookcase BODO 80x40x173 cm Solid Wood Pine By Rosalind Wheeler

We have ordered before & have been impressed, but this was not upto Wayfair's usual high standards. It is actually a Vida XL product NOT Rosalind Wheeler.The description/photo's do not compare to the Bookcase, Firstly it is not white, more a  thinly applied off white/cream  matt wash. The fascia trim does not match, the groves are different depths. Next, very poor difficult to follow instructions e.g. the lower fascia  boards have to be fitted a certain way as the slots are at different spacings. It does not show that in the instructions. It also mentions in the description " frame material - metal"??? Finally the price. Currently on Wayfair's website at £194.99 & on Vida XL's for £150.99. Buyer beware.

Very easy ordering from start to finish. I sent the artwork in and was contacted with some queries. Everything was finalised and the signs arrived quickly. Really pleased with them, good quality and look great.

Professional job

John arrived on time and introduced himself. He explained what he was doing and took some more pictures. He then got on with the job of installing my EV charger. He was very professional and explained how it all worked once he was finished. Everything was left tidy. Very impressed. I don't know how he worked outside in the freezing temperatures (-5).

Can not pack parcels properly!

Ordered three 2.5L tins of Paint & a Lampshade(order No001358046283) . When it arrived the Courier apologised for the state of the Cardboard Box(sides partly torn open). On opening box found there was no packing to prevent the tins of paint moving around in the oversized box. The only packing was a small piece of bubble wrap measuring approx 35 x 40cm(about size of Mans handkerchief)!! Luckily the Lampshade survived(metal one). Contacted Wilko about the lack of packing, suppling photos to back the complaint. A few days later received an email, not apologising for the lack of packing, but saying this "At wilko, we understand the responsibility we have to our customers to minimise unnecessary packaging in the products we sell"!!! Also stating they are cutting back on plastic packaging. Note to Wilko, do what Amazon do & use brown packing paper, it's recyclable!!!

Product good,Customer service poor

Bought a Bissell MultiReach Active 21v cordless vacuum 2907B direct from Bissell(order No 000099896) on the 2nd August 2022. Vacuum is great with lots of good features, but customer service is not. As with a lot of vacuum's this has washable Filters. So we like to have a spare set of Filters so that we can continue to use the Vacuum while the other set is being washed/dried(as we do with our corded Shark vacuum & the Dyson & v-tuf voom at our work places). This appears to be an Alien concept to Bissell UK. Though not to Bissell.eu as they advertise a set, that is sold at retail outlets across Europe(don't stock them themselves). We tried the online contact form. No response. Tried "Live Chat" was told that my Model is not on the database! Tried ringing & was told "not us try this number". Eventually got to speak to somebody, who after us having to supply "proof of purchase" did try to find out why the filters were only available in Europe & not UK, but only solution given was by email was to sent/take the vacuum to a Bissell repair centre & they would replace the Filters. That is the last we have heard(6 days ago).
Update. Interesting reply from Bissell"I cannot see any correspondence,". well here is the incident number that they gave me "221010-000997"

As noted they are washable and have a very good life span. However I cannot comment on the reasons for these not being stocked in the UK at this time.

Placed an order which included several…

Placed an order which included several bottles of non bio washing liquid. The order arrived in two boxes. a small box that contained Kitchen Roll & a large box that had the Bottles in it. There was no packing around the Bottles, so these were loose inside the box. Which caused them to get damaged & leak. They would have fitted snugly in the small box & therefore would have arrived safely. Spoke to customer service, who did send out replacements, which arrived this morning. Box arrived partially open as again no packaging so Bottles were free to move around & therefore trying to break out of Box. Their Warehouse seriously needs to train it's staff on how to pack Boxes!

No communication & Delivery issues

No communication & Delivery issues. I purchased two products from one of their sister sites "Rat and mouse pest control" (order 2312m). Company states on website next day delivery(£5.95), even though I ordered at 09.20 on Thurs 5th May, It was not dispatched until Friday as received an email from DHL(no comm's from company). So did not get delivered until the following Monday. There is no phone number on the site & the only way of contact is via their email messaging service. Which I did use on the Friday to ask for a refund of some or all of the delivery charge & I'm still waiting for a reply.

The issues you describe with delayed dispatch, lack of communication and no reply to your request for a delivery refund were problems linked to the previous ownership. Customers should not have been charged for next day delivery when the service was not met, and the lack of support was unacceptable.

Placed an order with them for £45 in…

Placed an order with them for £45 in April.Plant never arrived ,never answered support ticket. Credit card company got involved & I got my money back in June(Charge Back). on the 31st July had an letter from my Credit Card company saying Gardening Express are now disputing the fact that I never received it. I have printed off my support ticket messages,which shows no responses from Gardening Express & the fact they closed it in June & forwarded to Credit Card. Update Card company has contacted me, to advise that my evidence was sufficient & the "Charge Back" stands.

Chased order after 14 Days

Placed an order on the 1st Sept for Items + delivery totaling over £70. As had not received order or had any communication from them. I emailed on the 14th. Had a reply back saying waiting for PECO to send Stock. Checked website & none of items I ordered are showing out of Stock??? I have emailed back asking what items are they waiting for & the likely date of order being sent. Reading other reviews I'm getting a little concerned. Will update review when I hear back.

Lovely items, well packaged

Have received a couple of free gift items from Curious Rose and have been delighted with them and kept meaning to place an order. I ordered the Migraine eyemask as I have been experiencing lots of headaches and it sounded good. Also ordered a Lemon, mint and eucalyptus soap. Both have arrived this morning and are very well packaged. Love the compostable outer wrapper and the tin the eyemask lives in. They both smell gorgeous. Haven't tried either yet so cannot say how good the mask is for headaches but will try it next time I have a headache. Anything to avoid taking more pills on the already high amount I have to take daily.
