item arrived damaged from shippping

They sent a cardboard windmill which was damaged in transit. Customer support were quick, friendly, but not helpful and offered a 15% discount on a future purchase but no discount on the delivered damaged cardboard windmill which I repaired before I gave it as a gift. It is a nice product but it is not cheap so there is room for improvement for packaging and customer support responsibility.

Ze stuurden een kartonnen geschenk dat beschadigd was tijdens het transport. Klantenservice was snel, vriendelijk, maar niet behulpzaam en bood 15% korting op een toekomstige aankoop, maar geen korting op de geleverde beschadigde kartonnen windmolen die ik had gerepareerd voordat ik hem cadeau deed. Het is een mooi product, maar het is niet goedkoop, dus er is ruimte voor verbetering op het gebied van verpakking en klantenondersteuning.
