My experience was great. One thing I would say is that perhaps Amanda was a little too chatty, while I was asking questions. She seemed to try to anticipate my question before I was able to ask it in its entirety, but then, I DID ask a lot of questions. She was helpful and is a well-informed gal! She really knows her business, and she made it easy. As a previous P&C agent, I really appreciated that she treated me as such. She bound coverage to begin in 48 hours, which is great!
